    Found your channel thru a freind I am blown away I started restoring knivies a few months ago, I;m 76 years old body is shot but I still have two good hands and two working brain cells and am eager to learn. Thank you for being a greater teacher.

    Great idea to mix the wood shavings into the epoxy. I've been making similar repairs with wood filler but, the results look better done your way. Thanks!

      @@TimothyCibula-vh5ip I have a couple of different epoxies that I use for patching handles.
      That particular one was a clear casting resin that I bought a few years ago. I don't remember the brand name.
      I have used the Gorilla Glue clear epoxy with great results - the epoxy that comes in a double syringe.
