Yes, capoeira is the hardest one here in terms of endurance training. I was surprised, doing a intro 10 part capoeira course, that in terms of endurance it was harder than anything else I'd done, including fight training or grappling and so on. Moving constantly at a low level without little break in the summer heat, doing movement patterns that most martial arts don't do... Very challenging.
