Damn I look at these crashes and 90% of them are driver misstakes. Too fast, not skilled enough, no proper equipment, bad judgements, zero following distance. Don't do this to your self! Be safe!

@@steveclarke543 the vast majority of those were caused by the idiot riding the bike and most of the rest were, in part, caused by the bike being in an unexpected place for the car driver.

If you rear end someone, it is your fault. It doesn't matter if they brake checked you or crossed into your lane. It is up to the driver to avoid obstacles in the road. Leave some room between you and the vehicle in front of you, extend the same courtesy to others as you expect from them.

Why do so many Americans drive a supersport motorcycle when the elementary driving skills are lacking?
Vision skills? Forget it! Target fixation wherever you look.
Steering impulse/counter steering? No idea!
Are there no driving schools in the USA?
It may be that here in Germany everything is over-regulated. But after completing the compulsory driving school, motorcyclists have at least learned the basic driving skills before being allowed to ride the motorbike on the road. And luckily we have the German Autobahn where we can drive a supersport motorcycle legally at top speed.
Burkhard Redeker It is required to take a class and be licensed in the US; However, some ride illegally. The super bike culture is pretty big here
, especially amongst the youth. And of course you know they like to show off then pay the price.
Burkhard, I agree . Here in Quebec, Canada, we MUST take a motorcycle driving course . Does it prevent all accidents ? NO, but even if it saves one accident and one LIFE its worth the cost ,TEN TIMES OVER and then some ! !
Why? Because anyone with enough money or credit can go out and buy whatever they want and legally ride it after taking a written exam. Oh, and the written exam you can fail and take it again within 24 hours, and keep doing it every 24 hours until you pass. Courses aren't required for your endorsement, but taking and passing a course means you don't have to take the riding test for your endorsement. It's all screwed up. Then you get the thrill of a new bike that goes OMG so fast and no respect or worse, fear of the bike. It's screwed up. You should have to be required to take a class, and you should have to be required to later pass a riding exam, no different than obtaining a regular drivers license. No, it wouldn't prevent all accidents, but it sure would make for better-educated riders.
@@dg1593 It varies by state. You don't have to take a class in OH. If you do take the class and pass you automagically can get your endorsement without passing an exam, but the driving exam is your option. You can take it instead of the class. Classes in my county (state capital of OH) for MSF are already full for the entire year, so a lot of people get their permit and take the riding exam because they can't get into class.
Unfortunately, in America stupidity is a national past time.

It should just be premiums on sports/supersport bikes, 95% of the stupidity happens on them.

I figure 5 years in prison & no 'good behavior' parole should be her sentence.*

Well, it seems to me it is every American "rider" that fails on the curves... I have yet after thousands of videos seen an American ride the correct lines through a curve!

I think the rider was off the bike from the initial impact. The bike just ran away after that.
Might be a good idea to learn how to ride a bike first before spending thousands on one. Here's a tip, " SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO USE THE FRONT BREAKS, LIKE ALL THE TIME!!! and NOT ALL ROADS ARE STRAIGHT." Your EGO will get you killed SO RIDE WITHIN THE LIMITS OF YOUR SKILLS AND STOP SHOWING OFF CAUSE NOBODY IS IMPRESSED, and Lastly, RIDE LIKE NO ONE CAN SEE YOU!!!

Stats don't lie. The chances of dying are 10 times greater on a motorcycle than in a car. Leather is not a substitute for steel framed box. I know, I almost bit the dust on motorcycles twice. Flipped thru the air seeing only streaks of color & landed on my can, but that could have been my head as in dead. Other time 85 MPH had to lean bike opposite way then back again in 2 seconds to avoid on coming car. Not worth it guys!
