Horns work so much better than revving you have no idea where revving is coming from. And it dosent automatically tell you brain of impending danger like a horn. I hear it and just think people are playing.
Do you ride bikes yourself? I don't mean to antagonise you. The horn on a bike is a small button on the left switch gear, you have to use the hand that operates the clutch aswell. Doing so while breaking is difficult, especially because the button's location changes depending on the brand. It sounds dumb but it's way easier to throttle up while braking and clutching than sounding the horn. At least that's why I think people do it. I usually just brake and honk afterwards.

ABS could have prevented the rider from locking the brakes at 6:42 and at 8:00, the rider locked up his brakes, let off the brakes slightly to stop skidding but then the rider rams the car. If that rider had ABS, he could have just jammed on both brakes and would have probably able to avoid that accident.
You cannot steer like that while braking, abs or not... plus braking equals minus steering... Either way he had to let go of that brake to steer away from the impact. I do not know how abs feel on a bike, but if its anything like the feeling of a car, no way do i want that. I need to feel exactly what my front is doing. For a new rider abs would likely be beneficial but to a seasoned rider like myself, it would become a cripple to my riding since I've invested the time to understand my control options during an emergency...

Do they start by asking themselves what they did, what could they have done differently and smarter, was I speeding, was I in the correct lane position, was I visible, was I following too close? Was I fully 360 degrees aware? The fact that someone video records their ride may indicate that they are out to prove something. They have a crappy attitude when they ride and a lousy mindset along with poor safety riding skills. They pretend to be a traffic cop and try to lecture car drivers about all the things they have done wrong to the motorcycle rider. And the video recording will somehow negate their responsibility as to what happened in the video. >> Oh look at poor me see what that car driver did to me! I recorded everything which makes me clear of all responsibility and blame.
Spot on, 44 years on bikes learnt me the same though I do give it some when I consider it safe, usually on backroad twisties and still take care at any junction I come up on.

itNeedless to say after seing a bunch of videos with bi motorbikers, - it¨s af bunch om stupid bikers that have a licens but not the skills todrive their bikes and to keep inside the law as they drive their bikes, acting as if the road is theirs alone, playing "HOT-SHOTS" and in urban area speed more than allowed, crossing full lines single or dobbel whtie or yellow as they like - because there is two set of rules according to the biker - one for them and another for them to judge upon the other trafficants. the act af ruler of the roads or hidden police with no jurisdiction or right, to say i quite simple, these bikers are road bullies against their fellow trafficant, that clain the hole and all om the roads for them alone, not giving ad inch to other. stupitly enough their own videos shows excatly how they play with their life, between two car-lanes - in the absolutly dangerzone, and at full speed, ovetaking left or right as i comes, - it's their law of right they show the world. - they should have taken their license for one year and a fine for their reckless driving and bulling other in the traffic.
