I wish there was more of this anime. It sorta fleshed out the Archanea games a bit more and provided us with so many legendary memes I can't help but feel still left wanting more.
Man I wish they made a seperate anime for the Pokemon Adventures manga, if only so people could actually experience its story instead of repeating 'Arbok death' for the 721st time. Like come on! The Unova gym leader crucifixion scene is right there! It's honestly a fun watch, and I kinda wish we got more episodes of the FE anime. And to be fair to the names, this was before there was any localised Archanae. So it makes sense they go for exact Japanese translations rather than making their own names.
It is worth watching at the time of the 1990s if ya wanted to know about the prologue of the game before FE11 was made. It also brought to life all the things related to chapter 3 of the game in its own way while being faithful to the source content. Also, all the JP VAs reprised all their roles later on when they were called back to do other FE media that had full voice acting. But more or less this was just a promo to sell Mystery of the Emblem in Japan at the time this was released.
I mean, this anime has a better story and more life than the actual story of the first game. Let's be honest. You'll never get "5 POINTS!!!" out of FE1.
I'm pretty sure "The forces of evil are in serious trouble!" is a tagline and not actually part of the title. The one reason I'm glad this died early is because they assassinated Caeda's character. She has much more dignity and poise in the games than the anime, and forget her being jealous, she actively flirts with people to get them to defect (lookin' at you Roger). I guess what we got of Navarre's backstory was the prototype for Lon'qu, how did I only just make the connection.
i was worried you wouldnt include the "look at my hands" clip for a minute :'D that voice clip lives in my brain rent free along with "but MAAAARS"
The anime at least does give us something of value: a somewhat canonical last name for Marth. Thank you Mars Lowell, very cool.

I was disappointed to find out it was incomplete.
Gordin in this makes this ova worth watching, whoever casted Gordin will forever be his official voice actor in my eyes
Truuuuue
Let them all go?
BUT MAAAAAAAAARS!

Mars is actualy a more fathful name than marth fun fact, its smash that mistranslated the name
That may be true, but it still feels wrong.
As a French guy, I can barely hear the difference between Mars and Marth. :D
You can't Warp two people?
You can if they're holding someone with Rescue.
MY LIFE IS A LIE
How can you call it mid when it has goatdon and his iconic lines

If it’s not a show with a discounted Persona 5 plot somehow centered around the power of K-Pop idols, how good can this be?
