- Ayaba Cho Lucas from Southern Cameroon speaks at the launch of the Norwegian "Students At RIsk" program. The program provides grants for persecuted students expelled from universities because of human rights and democracy activism. With Norway's ministers of foreign affairs and of development cooperation, Espen Barth Eide and Heikki Holmås, University of Oslo Rector Ole Petter Ottersen, SAIH -- and the National Union of Students, or NSO.
