Nitsa, I recently found your videos and love them and you! Every time one starts, I instantly smile. You seem like a sweet and genuine person. The adorable accent is a bonus! I just wanted you to know. ❤🎉😊
Absolutely loved😊 your tutorial, very informative. Greatly appreciate all the information on laser printers image transfers onto polymer clay. Now I'm on to inkjet image transfers ! ( loved the bloopers!) Looking forward to reading the book you wrote on mixed media photography, which I use quite a bit with polymer clay ect. Thankyou
Nitsa, a huge THANK YOU for being so generous in sharing your talent and knowledge with us. I would love to see a video of the inkjet process as I do not have a laser printer.
Hi Nitsa, I love your accent and wonderful disposition. 3 questions... I would like to transfer photos onto ball-shaped polymer Christmas ornaments. Can the 1st method be used to transfer color photos? How long should I bake it? If I used the third method, when I bake it, will the colors change? What can I use to make sure the photos don't get damaged after it is fired?
I need the ink jet version, please. I recently found you and really enjoy watching and learning from your videos. I found the outtakes entertaining too.
hi, some help please. I have an old radio scale with broken glass. I want to transfer the paint of the scale onto a new piece of glass. how do you think i can do it? 0:19
Thank you for sharing your process. I've been wanting to transfer images to clay for a while but used other methods that did not work. I can't wait to try these methods. Thanks again.
I have a lot of circles that were on a birthday calendar I made a few years ago as gifts that are back in my possession. I can sand off the old design…I’d LOVE to know how to transfer designs on them when they’re already baked!
I am an artist and I wanted to hand paint onto the clay what paint would be best could you paint with watercolour before baking or after which would be best.. Or acrilic I am not know what to do.
So fun!!! I loved playing with polymer clay but haven't done it for years. Have you ever tried debossing with photo transfer? I only had a black printer then so I've not tried it with colored prints. I printed the image in reverse with a dense print. It seemed to work better with more toner. I put the print on and left it for a few minutes and then ripped the paper off quickly. A layer of clay actually stuck to the print, leaving me with a lovely image embedded in the clay. After baking, I rubbed in a contrasting color paint and then carefully rubbed it off the surface, leaving the paint only in the embedded areas. I cannot remember if I used acrylic or oil paint. It looked like it was engraved. I made one into a pin.
I've seen people doing debossing with stencils but haven't tried it with photo transfer. Should be interesting to test it 👍 Thank you Kathleen for the idea! 🌷🥰
@@NitsaCreativeStudio I did it on small pieces, and that was also things that you would look at more closely. It surprised me how well it worked. Play and show, right?
Hi Nitsa, I love all your videos, your happy, sunny disposition makes me feel brighter too. Re :Inkjets. Yes, please, I'd love more tips on inkjets in general. I've tried to print on a Gel plate with inkjets ,I can't make it work. However, I'm unable to get Gel plate prints using laser printed images from my copy shop. The thing is, that there is a short video of how to transfer inkjet via Gel plate by Lauren Everett Finn on RUclips, it didn't work for me, it looks so easy too.. I've printed with photochromic lithography, screen printing, lino cut, dry point and collagraphs and more, and exhibited and sold my work. I can't make the Gel plate work. Those who show you how to do it on RUclips, say, "See? It's easy." I sit here saying, "No it isn't, it won't work for me." SIGH. Still, thank you for a lovely channel.
I agree gel printing photos is not easy as it looks but it is easy once you figure out the process. It took me over a month to develop it so I don't think people should expect to just work the first time they try, right? Thank you for your comment 🧡💛🌻
Nitsa, please show how with an ink jet printer. Is there a way to transfer an image without a printer, like using an image from a book or magazine? Thank you💖
Here is the inkjet version: ruclips.net/video/KhiS_RRtXiU/видео.html you an also transfer images from books or magazines but you will need to experiment and find which ones actually transfer.
For the last one with acetone, it appears that once you baked the clay, the image turned kind of pinkish as did the white clay. Is that what happened or was that just something with the video camera making it look that way?
If you noticed there are two ornaments in the frame; one which I've just made in the video and didn't bake yet which is white. And another which I baked already but was made on pink clay 😊
My photography travels book is for when I'm retired 😁 the one I'm working on now is the second part of the "mixed media photography book" and is titled "The NEW mixed media photography book"

Hello... Can we use this kind of image transfer on terracotta clay pendants?
Sorry but I haven't tried terracotta clay yet
After you used a print abd transfered it to clay can you re use it again? Thanks
No, it only transfers once. If you try using it again it will transfer very faintly if at all.
Thank you but what name of this transfer paper
Thank ubfor showing ur video, is there any way u can transfer an image if u dont have any kind of printer? 👌💖
You can make toner-based photocopies at your local copy shop or even some public libraries and schools offer photocopies.
Lovely

Yes sure! Check out this video for one example: ruclips.net/video/Ri9Pkj1Vcis/видео.html
Do you print on transfer paper or regular print paper?
I print on standard printer paper 👍

How about ink jet transfer
Can this be done with Air Dry Clay?
Good question! I haven't tried air dry clay but I will in a future video 👍
How do you transfer with inkjet printers?
Here is the link to the inkjet transfer video: ruclips.net/video/KhiS_RRtXiU/видео.html
Not sure what I'm doing wrong but the image isn't coming onto the clay one bit. I'm using 100% acetone for the colored image.
Is the image you are transferring was printed with a laser or toner-based photocopy?
What type of paper do you use
I use standard copy/printer paper (20lb.)
What polymer clay brand did you use?
* Sculpey Polymer clay, white: amzn.to/3RwxUuF
* Sculpey III 30 Vibrant Colors of Polymer clay: amzn.to/3DaN9VR
* Sculpey Premo Polymer Clay, White: amzn.to/3esWcam

Great but I’ve no printer and no intention of getting one 🤷🏼♀️
That's okay you can use a toner based photocopy from your local copy center 👍
You can also use temporary tattoos.
