WARNING: Death Battle has manipulated Superman's feats. They are manipulators and liars. They should change the analyst, they have stolen Goku's last two victories. Superman not beat the World Forger. He did not destroy the multiverse, it was the world forger not being able to strike his hammer against the anvil that destroyed the multiverse since it was unstable. The world forger doesn't really have too many durability feats. We have no durability feats for the guy. Other than the fact that he got killed when Perpetua threw a planet at him. Superman dosent cap at crater with that feat. Also was Hella amped for that punch which didn't ko (knock out) the forger. But merely knocked down the forger with a black eye. Multiverse unstable = fragile inminent collapse Superman doesn't knock anything out. He manages to take down World Forger and ruin his objectives. They say that Superman lifted infinity with his strength. Superman with the help of Shazam lift a book of "infinite" pages in a world where the laws of physics are different. Superman reads the last page of the book and that is contradictory if the book supposedly has infinite pages. The book was already floating in the air on a pedestal. Hyperbole feats, incoherency, and no limit fallacy. Pure fodder. They manipulate exploits and lie to people. Anyone can interpret the exploits in favor and inflate them. I heard two to three different talks about this. And many have said Superman. Even when I first heard about this debate even I said Superman. It all depends on how much research you can find on both. 9/10 Superman. This debate will be going until people leave it alone. Overall I am glad you brought up the fact Superman knows Martial arts. But people keep saying he doesn't, I have always said Superman isn't just one of throw punches type. Very well done video.

You missed a feat where Superman phased the whole planet outside the Omniverse. So if Superman does that to Goku I doubt that he'll survive. For the first, my issue is that the narrator of these events is Mxy when displaying his dictionary, with said dictionary containing many falsities, so I'm not sure how seriously it should be taken. If true though it would be a great win condition. And yeah, if Clark was bloodlusted it'd probably be like 9/10 or something crazy like that. All the weird vibrational stuff he has + Boom Tube creation is a tough combo to beat.
@@primepixx Yeah, there's definitely a lot of bad writing, though some of it makes sense. For example, Superman does not want to keep an ordinary villain who could be helped on the Source Wall for all eternity, so it makes sense why he doesn't use boom tubes for that often. But there definitely are abilities he should use more.
Goku would get stronger during the fight with Superman. He would find and adapt to Superman and even learn Superman’s abilities. I can’t see Superman just beating goku just based off his feats alone. Mui would destroy Superman as it would make his body as durable as it needs to be. Being able to move by one the speed of time as he defeated and kept up and surpassed jiren who literally controlled time and space and bent it to his will not even trying fighting hit.

Goku can't be sensed in ui when he evades and attacks and since he has god ki he wouldn't be able to be sensed that way either. Goku can also make clones. Form a barrier around himself and others and use telekeneisis on it. And that barrier can sell attacks by people who are way stronger than him. Goku can also use the kienzan which can work on a stronger person. And since you said god bind would work that + kienzan would be a gg. Goku can also sense malice. And is able to predict exactly what someone can do without looking at them. Goku's ui can also evolve too. Goku's moves become more fine tuned. He hits quicker, harper, heavier. His body becomes automatically sturdier as neccessary. He can shift his vitals and in general ui is said to protect his vitals. Against beerus when goku couldn't sense his energy and before his mind could keep up he avoided an attack that would've ended the fight. IT would also give goku a big advantage. Base goku was able to follow and perceive gas and granola the 1st and 2nd strongest mortals in the universe having an IT fight. And there's base goku's feats against it. Coupled that with ui. His precog like abilities. Being able to sense malice and IT I don't see superman winning in h2h. Goku's vitals also can't be seen when in ui. Granola with his special abilities and with his ai companion couldn't do it. Until after goku was weakened.
I love the work you did here. I disagree but everything you said was on point and your stance was totally neutral, which is absolutely rare. I don't think personally there's enough evidence to suggest the source wall would work on Goku especially if stats are even, considering superman scales to it.

The is only 1 flaw I've gotta say your video has and its kind of a big one. What does a Kamehameha do? I'll give a example piccolo and goku vs Raditz(Radditz reads everyones power level). Kamehameha are shown to be a 2,2 increase in power. With stats equalized things dont look good for superman, especially when you include Goku's Kamehameha against cell. Now you can remove this espect of Kamehameha(special technique) however thats the whole point of the techinique to begin with, regular energy blasts are the equivalent to characters punches. Thats actually why ki control is so important it is what allows Goku to lunch attacks like Kamehameha at himself and erract force feilds and protections that momentarily exceed his regular limitations, before going back to that same previous base line power level. Ki control is what makes this fight much different because at any point Goku can hit you with 2 times the force.
Appreciate the comment, but I don't this is as relevant as you're saying for a few reasons. First off is that I wouldn't really apply the Kamehameha amp to equal stats, since it's not statistic amplification as much as it is him using the full extent of his ki, hence why guides showing power levels show 910 for 23rd TB Goku. If we do go with that counting though, a similar argument can made for Superman's heat vision being significantly above his normal attacks, or even the Super Flare, which is said to make his cells go supernova. Lastly is that I cover why statistics amplification by itself probably isn't enough, so the Kamehameha being capable of it wouldn't change much.

Its been shown to have its own abilities but not the expressed ability to exceed what he can throw with his punches, while goku on the other hand has. The solar flare is a big Gamble because it leaves him as a regular human, so i am sure he wouldnt do it. Also you saying the Kamehameha is his regular ability in power makes no sense. You would be essantially be saying goku is only even to superman when he throws a kamehameha, his regular punches would be weaker than superman. I am okay with you saying all attacks are equal, however that randers attacks like the kamehameha to the level of regular ki blasts, is all i am saying. Also i am pretty sure the is no comic that says/shows superman's regular eye beams increase his damage output, but i am willing to read such a comic if you have 1. When Raditz talks about Goku's power level increasing, he says it's because he could focus all his ki into the spot, not because he got stronger or was amped in any way. Power level is an arbitrary number with no quantifiable meaning and is something the show has repeatedly shown to be worthless. Comparing the Kamehameha to a normal ki blast is like comparing a jab to a hook. The Kamehameha and a normal ki blast are both ki blasts like a jab and a hook are punches, but one is inherently more powerful.
With equalize stats martial art always triumph especially with Ultra instinct Superman is not landing a single attack on him. and heat vision got nothing on Kamehameha or ki blast in general.
Wow i didn't know that Superman had soo much skill and abilities, and now i have some reading to do so thanks. And i do have 2 ideas for future videos. 1, Rebirth Superman vs Thanos (No IG) I'm honestly curious as to who you think wins this battle, i personally favor Thanos winning but that just me, you might up changing my mind like you did with MMH vs SM. 2, Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) vs Sliver Surfer or Nova Prime (Richard Rider) I just don't see many covering these fights.

If its equal stats, wouldnt gokus combat experience give him the advantage. Superman lost to Muhammed Ali in a fight where superman didnt have a sun to power him (IE another equal stats fight vs a compotent fighter).
You have to use the canon-consistancy if you want to properly scale Goku VS Superman fight E.I Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super Goku feats and scaling VS All of Rebirth Superman feats and scaling, no compositing BS DeathBattle likes to do
Aside fron the fact there is no rule for what's needed to scale (hence why equal stats matches are a thing in the first place) Rebirth Superman includes Post Crisis and New 52, and for Goku the only thing I really composited was anime and manga, so I'm not sure what the issue is.

Goku is shown to be a consistant power-growing and skill-evolving fighter while Superman is shown to be an inconsistant brawler who's feats are purely situational and only appy to progress a storyline, not to mention those feats are seperated continuity wise because Supes is written by multiple people at DC across multiple different comiclines in general which is a source of Supermans inconsistancy. Rebirth can't hold New52 and Post-crisis feats cause New52 is a flatout reboot of Post-crisis and Rebirth is a retcon of both which means Supermans feats don't count. Supermans consistant fighting style is punching really hard and punching really hard while flying, Goku punches, kicks, dodges AND uses more variaty of energy blasts, which are magical (Ki is spiritual magic) which Superman is voulnerable to. Even if Superman has the power to read his opponents, Goku has resistance to that, scientific corporeal feats can't compare to spiritual magical feats

On that note, Rebirth Superman is not a reboot of Superman. As explained in Convergence and Superman: Lois & Clark, the Post-Crisis Superman lived in hiding in the New 52 Universe until the New 52 Superman started dying. The Post-Crisis Superman then becomes the main Superman during Rebirth, and later, in Superman: Reborn, he merges with the history of his New 52 self. Then, in Dark Nights: Death Metal, all of DC's histories are now remembered, meaning the Silver Age and Golden Age stuff likely count too. I'm not sure what you're trying to get at with the rest of it tbh, someone punching hard is not a contradiction to them being skilled, and Goku using spiritual energy does not counter Superman's abilities to hear brain functions, heartbeats, calculate nerve pressure, etc.

Goku also has multiple writers and multiple versions. Anime has always had multiple writers and the manga isn't even written by Toriyama anymore. Regardless of if multiple versions exist, only one Superman is being used.

I find these silly since there not remotely the same type of characters but that said this was a far more honest review then the maga level crazy stuff from noble comics. Here's a list of characters who could beat Superman, and unless some DBZ imitator writer has added extra powers to Superman, he does not have ultra instinct, he's just a farm guy, who was made strong by Earth's atmosphere: kid Goku would punch right through Superman, Master Roshi would destroy every version of Superman that writers tend to overpower to keep up with other new strong characters created, with his signature technique or his electric blast, King Piccolo would annihilate Superman by beating him to a pulp or using his full power, Raditz would toy with Superman, Nappa would do likewise, pre-super Saiyan Vegeta, probably blew up Krypton in the first place as a kid, would punch a hole in Superman's stomach, but once all of the other DBZ heroes reach Vegeta's stage, Superman would basically be someone like Bora, or the Ox King in the series: superstrong, and bulletproof, but a mere amusement to the DBZ fighters at pre-super Saiyan Vegeta level. The DBZ guys who got there and beyond: Yamcha, Tien Shin Han, kid Trunks, Kid Goten, Pan, Krillin, Piccolo, Vegeta, Frieza, Broly, Buu, Cell, Android 17, Android 18, Android 19, Dabura, Zarbon, the Ginyu force, Nail. Those guys can destroy whole universes. Sorry Superman fanboys, but Superman is way out of his league in the DBZ world. Almost all of the main heroes, and villains starting from the Mercenary Tao saga could defeat him. Yes, even Emperor Pilaf in his robotic suit.
The whole Re-BIRTH SUPERMan, New 52, and post-crisis is a cop-out!!!!! Ya'll keep using this weird composite version of Superman who you know is going to have a massive advantage over a anime/manga super Goku. If Goku and Superman ever met in a crossover that Superman wouldn't even exist in that confrontation he will probably run into like post-crisis or New 52. At this point if you're going to just keep doing these composite versions of Superman than just do it all the way across the board just take their best stuff and put them against each other.
Rebirth Superman quite literally is a merge of Post Crisis and New 52 Superman. The only person I composited is Goku by giving him both manga and anime showings.

I used two versions of Goku actually, both the manga and anime versions. On the other hand, I used one version of Superman, Rebirth Supes, who is literally Post Crisis and N52 merged. Also, I point out Superman's resistance to erasure in the video.
Superman can’t locate Gokus abilities as he needs god ki to do so especially with Ui. Ui is a far greater ability than Superman’s subconscious movement. Shown with Roshi and Moro that Superman would need the actual Ui to keep up. Superman’s analyzation wouldn’t work after Goku goes into Ui including the nerves and heartbeat. Goku can shift his organs. Superman wouldn’t have the force necessary to knock Goku out. Goku has durability negation resistance. Superman has been bested by WW, Alfred, Muhammad Ali, etc. Martial arts wise Goku could go bar for bar with someone who’s mastered all martial arts by the age of 14. BFR wouldn’t work as Goku can just use instant transmission. Goku wins

All of Goku opponents can be beaten by hitting them really hard. Superman has a more varied and diverse rogues gallery that Goku making Superman more adaptable. Superman has more objective skill because skill in Dragon Ball is not really good skill and more "hax" than Goku because most of Goku's attacks do the same thing. They power up or the hit really hard. Superman isn't a Dragon Ball character who stand around waiting for Goku to seal him. If you're giving the evil containment wave to Goku, Superman can seal Goku way faster and easier with the phantom zone projector.

Superman doesn't knock anything out. He manages to take down World Forger and ruin his objectives. World Forger completely ignores Superman's punch that only makes him a tiny scratch. World Forger cannot be knocked out like a human, he functions differently. He simply feels disappointed for failing his objetive. At no time is he seen unconscious and they don't say it in the comic. Death Battle has other intentions like putting Superman on a pedestal and defending the American hero. They have already proven that Superman is their God by stealing two victories from Goku (fake fanmade trash version).
Superman's punch hits right in the surface of planet Earth with Batman 10 meters away: Only planet level or continental. Even Saitama could do that. They say that Superman lifted infinity with his strength. Superman with the help of Shazam lift a book of "infinite" pages in a world where the laws of physics are different. Superman reads the last page of the book and that is contradictory if the book supposedly has infinite pages. The book was already floating in the air on a pedestal. Hyperbole feats, incoherency, and no limit fallacy. Pure fodder. They manipulate exploits and lie to people. Anyone can interpret the exploits in favor and inflate them. Conclusion: Death Battle are either very bad at analyzing or they are scammers. My sources have come from comics and debates in DC fan forums who themselves have confirmed this to me. For the first, my issue is that the narrator of these events is Mxy when displaying his dictionary, with said dictionary containing many falsities, so I'm not sure how seriously it should be taken. If true though it would be a great win condition.

For example, Superman does not want to keep an ordinary villain who could be helped on the Source Wall for all eternity, so it makes sense why he doesn't use boom tubes for that often. But there definitely are abilities he should use more.

Goku can't be sensed in ui when he evades and attacks and since he has god ki he wouldn't be able to be sensed that way either. Goku can also make clones. Form a barrier around himself and others and use telekeneisis on it. And that barrier can sell attacks by people who are way stronger than him. Goku can also use the kienzan which can work on a stronger person.
And since you said god bind would work that + kienzan would be a gg. Goku can also sense malice. And is able to predict exactly what someone can do without looking at them. Goku's ui can also evolve too. Goku's moves become more fine tuned. He hits quicker, harper, heavier. His body becomes automatically sturdier as neccessary.
He can shift his vitals and in general ui is said to protect his vitals. Against beerus when goku couldn't sense his energy and before his mind could keep up he avoided an attack that would've ended the fight. IT would also give goku a big advantage.
Base goku was able to follow and perceive gas and granola the 1st and 2nd strongest mortals in the universe having an IT fight. And there's base goku's feats against it. Coupled that with ui. His precog like abilities. Being able to sense malice and IT I don't see superman winning in h2h. Goku's vitals also can't be seen when in ui. Granola with his special abilities and with his ai companion couldn't do it. Until after goku was weakened.

I don't think personally there's enough evidence to suggest the source wall would work on Goku especially if stats are even, considering superman scales to it.

The is only 1 flaw I've gotta say your video has and its kind of a big one. What does a Kamehameha do? I'll give a example piccolo and goku vs Raditz(Radditz reads everyones power level). Kamehameha are shown to be a 2,2 increase in power. With stats equalized things dont look good for superman, especially when you include Goku's Kamehameha against cell. Now you can remove this espect of Kamehameha(special technique) however thats the whole point of the techinique to begin with, regular energy blasts are the equivalent to characters punches. Thats actually why ki control is so important it is what allows Goku to lunch attacks like Kamehameha at himself and erract force feilds and protections that momentarily exceed his regular limitations, before going back to that same previous base line power level. Ki control is what makes this fight much different because at any point Goku can hit you with 2 times the force.
Appreciate the comment, but I don't this is as relevant as you're saying for a few reasons.
First off is that I wouldn't really apply the Kamehameha amp to equal stats, since it's not statistic amplification as much as it is him using the full extent of his ki, hence why guides showing power levels show 910 for 23rd TB Goku.
If we do go with that counting though, a similar argument can made for Superman's heat vision being significantly above his normal attacks, or even the Super Flare, which is said to make his cells go supernova.
Lastly is that I cover why statistics amplification by itself probably isn't enough, so the Kamehameha being capable of it wouldn't change much.

Its been shown to have its own abilities but not the expressed ability to exceed what he can throw with his punches, while goku on the other hand has. The solar flare is a big Gamble because it leaves him as a regular human, so i am sure he wouldnt do it.
Also you saying the Kamehameha is his regular ability in power makes no sense. You would be essantially be saying goku is only even to superman when he throws a kamehameha, his regular punches would be weaker than superman.

When Raditz talks about Goku's power level increasing, he says it's because he could focus all his ki into the spot, not because he got stronger or was amped in any way. Power level is an arbitrary number with no quantifiable meaning and is something the show has repeatedly shown to be worthless. Comparing the Kamehameha to a normal ki blast is like comparing a jab to a hook. The Kamehameha and a normal ki blast are both ki blasts like a jab and a hook are punches, but one is inherently more powerful.
With equalize stats martial art always triumph especially with Ultra instinct Superman is not landing a single attack on him. and heat vision got nothing on Kamehameha or ki blast in general.

You have to use the canon-consistancy if you want to properly scale Goku VS Superman fight E.I Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super Goku feats and scaling VS All of Rebirth Superman feats and scaling, no compositing BS DeathBattle likes to do
Aside fron the fact there is no rule for what's needed to scale (hence why equal stats matches are a thing in the first place) Rebirth Superman includes Post Crisis and New 52, and for Goku the only thing I really composited was anime and manga, so I'm not sure what the issue is.

Rebirth is literally a reboot of previous timelines dude so that's an issue, it lacks consistancy. Goku is shown to be a consistant power-growing and skill-evolving fighter while Superman is shown to be an inconsistant brawler who's feats are purely situational and only appy to progress a storyline, not to mention those feats are seperated continuity wise because Supes is written by multiple people at DC across multiple different comiclines in general which is a source of Supermans inconsistancy. Rebirth can't hold New52 and Post-crisis feats cause New52 is a flatout reboot of Post-crisis and Rebirth is a retcon of both which means Supermans feats don't count. Supermans consistant fighting style is punching really hard and punching really hard while flying, Goku punches, kicks, dodges AND uses more variaty of energy blasts, which are magical (Ki is spiritual magic) which Superman is voulnerable to. Even if Superman has the power to read his opponents, Goku has resistance to that, scientific corporeal feats can't compare to spiritual magical feats

Rebirth is the same Universe as New 52, just no longer being tampered with by Doctor Manhattan, except for him tampering with Superman.
On that note, Rebirth Superman is not a reboot of Superman. As explained in Convergence and Superman: Lois & Clark, the Post-Crisis Superman lived in hiding in the New 52 Universe until the New 52 Superman started dying. The Post-Crisis Superman then becomes the main Superman during Rebirth, and later, in Superman: Reborn, he merges with the history of his New 52 self. Then, in Dark Nights: Death Metal, all of DC's histories are now remembered, meaning the Silver Age and Golden Age stuff likely count too.
I'm not sure what you're trying to get at with the rest of it tbh, someone punching hard is not a contradiction to them being skilled, and Goku using spiritual energy does not counter Superman's abilities to hear brain functions, heartbeats, calculate nerve pressure, etc.

I find these silly since there not remotely the same type of characters but that said this was a far more honest review then the maga level crazy stuff from noble comics. That guy talks about being constant with superman and then five seconds later starts pick crazy outliers to prove how Goku would win. Here come all of the Superman fanboys. Goku as a kid would beat Superman. Here's a list of characters who could beat Superman, and unless some DBZ imitator writer has added extra powers to Superman, he does not have ultra instinct, he's just a farm guy, who was made strong by Earth's atmosphere: kid Goku would punch right through Superman, Master Roshi would destroy every version of Superman that writers tend to overpower to keep up with other new strong characters created, with his signature technique or his electric blast, King Piccolo would annihilate Superman by beating him to a pulp or using his full power, Raditz would toy with Superman, Nappa would do likewise, pre-super Saiyan Vegeta, probably blew up Krypton in the first place as a kid, would punch a hole in Superman's stomach, but once all of the other DBZ heroes reach Vegeta's stage, Superman would basically be someone like Bora, or the Ox King in the series: superstrong, and bulletproof, but a mere amusement to the DBZ fighters at pre-super Saiyan Vegeta level. The DBZ guys who got there and beyond: Yamcha, Tien Shin Han, kid Trunks, Kid Goten, Pan, Krillin, Piccolo, Vegeta, Frieza, Broly, Buu, Cell, Android 17, Android 18, Android 19, Dabura, Zarbon, the Ginyu force, Nail. Those guys can destroy whole universes. Sorry Superman fanboys, but Superman is way out of his league in the DBZ world. And comparatively speaking, all of those characters would be extra-ordinary fighters among their own species, able to defeat in excess of 10 well-trained opponents of their own kind at a time. Superman has all kinds of trouble when just one other Kryptonian shows up. I used two versions of Goku actually, both the manga and anime versions.
On the other hand, I used one version of Superman, Rebirth Supes, who is literally Post Crisis and N52 merged.
Also, I point out Superman's resistance to erasure in the video.
Superman can’t locate Gokus abilities as he needs god ki to do so especially with Ui. Ui is a far greater ability than Superman’s subconscious movement. Shown with Roshi and Moro that Superman would need the actual Ui to keep up. Superman’s analyzation wouldn’t work after Goku goes into Ui including the nerves and heartbeat. Goku can shift his organs. Superman wouldn’t have the force necessary to knock Goku out. Goku has durability negation resistance. Superman has been bested by WW, Alfred, Muhammad Ali, etc. Martial arts wise Goku could go bar for bar with someone who’s mastered all martial arts by the age of 14. BFR wouldn’t work as Goku can just use instant transmission. Goku wins

All of Goku opponents can be beaten by hitting them really hard. Superman has a more varied and diverse rogues gallery that Goku making Superman more adaptable. Superman has more objective skill because skill in Dragon Ball is not really good skill and more "hax" than Goku because most of Goku's attacks do the same thing. They power up or the hit really hard. Superman isn't a Dragon Ball character who stand around waiting for Goku to seal him. If you're giving the evil containment wave to Goku, Superman can seal Goku way faster and easier with the phantom zone projector.
