I hate power scaling! BTW blaster bolts aren't lasers they are bolts of plasma and they move at around 160mph. The moment a weeker character can hurt a god basically the power scaling goes out the window. Both Captain America and IronMan can hurt Thanos despite being way under planetary level.
You can tell comic readers from people who just regularly watch tv shows and movies with their head cannon “thanos whole thing is the infinity gauntlet” thanos is a superhero squad buster on the regular WITHOUT THE GAUNTLET GO READ SOME MARVEL COMICS
I never have taken comics seriously. I mean, thats where you see STUPIDLY overpowered characters like "Legends Luke" or whatever the hell they call him, where hes basically a GOD. Or "Hulkerine" Done get me started on Hulkerine🙄 So no, i dont take comics seriously. Thanos is a Titan, yes, and a helluva warrior, but Vader would just force choke him.
Lasers and blaster bolts are two completely different things in Star Wars canon (assuming you're not using some sort of weird composite Vader, and even then the nature of blasters are inconsistent in Star Wars legends, and the ROTS novelization is not a good source for most things canon as they're very dubiously canon to even Legends, and if you actually read it they use a lot of flowery writing for flow's sake). Blaster bolts are explicitly said to be superheated gas, with canon and legends schematics of firearms in the SW world showing so. Lasers do exist as their own thing in SW, and they're visually distinct from blasters, but you can mostly see them mounted on ships or with very specific blasters (which aren't really seen in the movies.)
If you highball Vader to this extent then it would be fair to scale Thanos to Infinity Ultron, who is universal + due to Infinity Stones amp. This could be applied to Thanos, therefore he would be able to survive and deal devastating AP to Vader
@@Blue9k > Says endgame Thor is the strongest due to a director statement. This is appeal to authority. The correct calc was actually star level and this has been accepted for years (done by Rajjarsalt if your curious) > Scales Thanos to NWH Spider-Man, NWH Spider-Man is stronger and faster than Infinity War Spider-Man so this isn’t a valid scale. It is also confirmed Spider-Man increases in power from each film. Aswell as also leaving out multiple pieces of information that gets MCU high tiers ridiculously strong. The Big Bang in the MCU was the start of everything as revealed in infinity war. Thanos’ base would be able to take this power as that is the durability needed to survive the gauntlet Iron Man being stated to have infinite energy placing him at high universal Odin creating a star on screen in Thor 2 with the tap of his staff, same Odin then says Ragnarok Thor is stronger than himself Odin sending Thor flying throughout time and space (This one’s admittedly vague) Hulk thinking he could survive the power of the tesseract in avengers 1 which at the time he thought was planetary I could go on and on.

You've made quite a few mistakes in this video, specifically about when you said Vader wielded the power of entire Galaxies: 1. Vader wasn't able to throw Palpatine down the shaft because he was more powerful. He was able to throw him down the shaft because Palpatine was blinded by rage as he was electrocuting Luke. Power is not the only factor that determines who wins/loses. In fact, Palpatine specifically designed Vader's suit to hinder his power so that he would always be a step behind Palpatine. In other words, Palpatine is stronger than Vader, not the other way around. 2. Even if I were to grant you that Vader was more powerful than Palpatine, we have another problem. The dark side of the force is not half of the force. As the name implies, it is a *side* of the force. The light and dark sides are two sides of the same coin, essentially. This means that your whole argument for Palpatine having the power of half the universe is meaningless.
It isn't. The force was represented by the onces which was light and dark. Basically the force and the corrupt version of tbe force. So here u have it. The claim about palps is true. Even if the force could be divided in other ways like the priests did.
The Mortis Ones do NOT represent "light" and "dark" sides of the Force. Way to try to correct someone's accurate correction, and be entirely wrong yourself. The Ones represent the Cosmic Force and the Living Force, with the Father being the Balance/ Harmony of both. Regardless, Sidious was insanely stronger than Vader, and Vader tossing him down the shaft had nothing to do with him surpassing Sidious' power. Vader lost any chance to surpass Sidious on Mustafar. To claim he passed Sidious simply because he temporarily killed him shows a lack of understanding of the Unvierse, as well as fights between characters in general. Winning a fight does not automatically mean the victor was stronger. Ever.
And there's no way Vader can go toe to toe with Thanos. A much more interesting and realistic match-up would have been Dark Empire Sidious versus Thanos (preferably comic Thanos). That's the only non-divine Star Wars character that can rival comic Thanos.
@@JadusMoltriel The Daughter embodies the light side, the Son embodies the dark side, and the Father embodies the balance between the two. The Cosmic force and Living force have nothing to do with the Ones.
@@daymenpollet4202 Amazing. Every word of what you just said... was wrong. The Ones did not *represent* the light/dark sides, they *embodied* them. The dark side was not the corrupted version of the force. To say so would imply that somebody corrupted some of the force, which in turn implies that the dark side didn't always exist, even though the Son literally told Anakin that one side could not exist without the other. Even if I were to grant your misleading claim, that doesn't mean that Vader is automatically stronger than Sidious. You literally said "The dark side of the force is the corrupted version of the force, therefore Sidious is stronger than Vader." That makes no sense! Vader lost any possibility of surpassing Sidious when he was cut down by Obi-Wan and subsequently burned on Mustafar. So you're not just wrong. You are layers upon layers of wrong, and it's just sad.
It's highly doubtful Vader can even harm Thanos let alone kill him. Thor's lightning channeled through both his hammer and axe then channeled through Iron Man's Arc Reactor did virtually nothing to Thanos and do you think I lightsabers going to hurt him. If Captain Marvel and Thor couldn't hurt Thanos Vader has no chance. Thor had to use a star to make a weapon powerful enough to hurt Thanos. Vader could use the Death Star on Thanos and there's a solid chance he'll survive it. Thor survive that much power making the axe in the first place and Thanos is way tougher than him. Thanos made the Hulk run and hide inside puny banner! That should say it all. 😂
Im so sick of Thanos being given godlike power over every other character. Its just a load of BS. Most of the Avengers can take him one on one, and Vader sure as shit can too.
If we talk about the true canon vader, he definitely isn’t capable of winning. If we talk about full potential Anakin/dark dimension vader. The choke hold is to powerful to not get clapped immediately. Easy as that.
Thanos is a god level character. The only way Vader stands a chance is if he becomes a god as well. Basically use his full potential and control of the force which he hasn't reached.
I'm sorry bro but Key Issues typically downplays the hell out of the MCU or atleast doesn't acknowledge the higher end metas. Speed wise Thanos should be MFTL+ to Inaccessible. According to the Endgame script, while flying away with the Gauntlet, Captain Marvel was going her fastest speed ever, which would include flying at MFTL+ speeds around the Universe. Thanos was able to react and throw his sword faster then her flying speed. Not to mention in What If (which is a branch of the main MCU and should scale directly unless a character has an amp) Both Thor and Captain Marvel were able to statue the Bifrost while in combat. The Bifrost has been calculated to over 3 Trillion x FTL. As for Inaccessible Speeds feat. Thor was able to fight Dark Elves that existed before time and therefore have Inaccessible Speed. Doctor Strange was able to move in the Dark Dimension which also doesn't have time. As for AP, Base Thanos is sitting anywhere from Solar System to potentially Universal. In What If, Thor was able to blow up Star. In Dark World, Odin casually turned Frigga into a cluster of 22 Stars calced at Solar System level. Thor upscales from Odin as said by Odin himself. Also in Dark World, Thor tanked blasts from the Ether which has statements of Universal power. Thanos is stated to be stronger then Hela. Hela, while comparing her strength to the Space Stone, called it not bad. Each individual stone has statements of having Universal power. Going into the Gauntlet quickly. It's power was able to match the Watcher who is a 5th dimensional being. Not to mention, Wong states that Space-Time in the MCU is a Metaphysical reality which implies potential Outerversal scaling if you want to take that statement at face value.
I get you, like if this was Comic Vs Legends (Star Wars non cannon comics essentially) it would be a wash and Thanos would bitch slap, but this is Disney cannon Vader everything he does in the “comics” here is something he did in the movie universe; whereas the mcu and comics are completely different. If there was scaling for thanos in a mcu specific comic it would have been used.
Vader solos lo diff. Thanos has no powers. How can you call something a feat if thanos himself never did it. If he has the gauntlet then those are the gauntlets feats. The gauntlet is planetary, the gauntlet is 50% light speed as thanos only wields it that doesn’t translate to him having those feats. Also, any marvel fan would tell you the gauntlet is dog ass outside of its universe. Force choke or a slash from a saber and thanos is cooked. The strongest force user would have little to no difficulty destroying thanos.
I mean you could just word it was thanos with stones and thanos without stones I understand what you are trying to say but since thanos main weapon is the stones I feel like combining the 2 into 1 is fine since the stones is kinda his thing It would be like saying Tony vs cap is an easy win for cap since Tony has no powers. While it’s true you just assume Tony had his suits and you wouldn’t have judged it any differently
@@MrMonkey2475 Yea, but in lore and out of lore the infinity is just useless equipment out of universe. With your comparisson, Tony Stark without a suit will lose, yes, but with suit it's a toss up on who the writer is writing the story for a definitive winner; also, Tony always has a suit. Thanos literally has no feats without that gauntlet, but yeaaaaa you're right Palpatine is the strongest. Vader still no diffs thanos.
@@VindeZwarts well in order for the fight to happen fairly they would both need to be able to have access to their full capabilities without one of them not having a disadvantage, let me explain. Let’s say that they are both teleported into a pocket universe so the match is even. Then what? It’s just a pure physical fight since thanos can’t use the stones since they are not in their universe but Vader wouldn’t be able to use the force either 😂. A force user influences the medichlorians around them to use the force, if it’s a pocket universe that’s not his own then the force doesn’t exist in that universe and Vader can’t use the force in a different universe then his own because there isn’t medichlorians all around him to influence. So it’s kinda a double edged dagger argument that one 😂 Dont get me wrong, live action thanos has no chance of killing Vader whatsoever if he has no stones but saying that he has no feats? He took on the big 3 avengers without any stones 😂 and beat up the hulk with no stones (Btw srry for the spelling of medichlorians, I have no idea how it’s spelt. Also before you may say I have marvel bias, I love Star Wars and I can take or leave marvel. I just don’t act like Vader wins if he doesn’t)
I think Vader wins but to say someone doesn’t scale to the infinity gauntlet is just ridiculous. @@Abdullah7536 Actually that's not true, Disney Vader is the stronger Vader by basically all accounts. Legends Vader was quite literally nerfed by his suit, meanwhile Disney Vader is primarily only psychologically nerfed and it's kinda just temporary. Disney Vader's suit directly works toward amping him through increasing his suffering and it's personally rebuilt by Vader, rather than just being intentionally poorly constructed like Legends Vader's suit was. Basically Legends made a point to "downplay" Vader a lot despite giving him good feats, in order to really get the point across about how much potential Anakin had lost. Despite all his strength, Legends Vader was never allowed to forget his greatest failure. Disney Vader does not do that, he is angry and he is a force of nature and the loss of everything he loved is what unleashed that. Disney Sidious is even proud of Disney Vader and sees the threat of Vader overtaking him as real. "Without the neural connection to his armor, he was conscious of the stumps of his legs, the ruin of his arms, the perpetual pain in his flesh. He welcomed it. Pain fed his hate, and hate fed his strength. Once, as a Jedi, he had meditated to find peace. Now he meditated to sharpen the edges of his anger. He stared at his reflection a long time. His injuries had deformed his body, left it broken, but they’d perfected his spirit, strengthening his connection to the Force. Suffering had birthed insight." 'Lords of the Sith': referring to Disney Vader The absolute destruction of Vader's body solidified his connection to the Force more than ever, as he now NEEDED it more than ever. And even in Legends when Anakin lost his arm to Dooku, he was expected to make a full recovery. Even Yoda only says that loss of limbs had been "known" to affect their Force powers, it wasn't CERTAIN that you'd loss power with the loss of limbs. After all the whole idea of the Force is that "we are luminous beings, not this crude matter", so your connection to the Force directly depends upon how you view it, if you believe the loss of your arm will weaken you then it will be so. “Midi-chlorians?” Yoda snickered. “You think midi-chlorians are what make a Jedi?” “No, the Force is what makes a Jedi.” The boy lowered his head. “And that’s the one thing I don’t have.” Yoda stopped laughing. “What do you mean you don’t have the Force?” “I can’t call on it. Not like you. Not like her. I can’t summon a lightsaber to my hand without trickery. I can’t read people’s minds. I can’t feel it-the Force-at all. I’m just…ordinary.” The boy turned away in shame. Yoda huffed. “Then never a Jedi you will be, if that is what you believe.” Disney Canon- 'What A Jedi Makes' Tbh Disney Vader wasn't even wankmaxxed here, people will argue Vader as being uni bc he opened up a dimensional rift by force, like with his bare hands. It's contestable due to the rift being facilitated through a focusing device, but Vader still provides all the necessary energy in order to create the dimensional rift and when the focusing device is not working properly/efficiently enough the spillage causes tectonic movement across the entire planet of Mustafar. So you can argue Vader is uni but that he just cannot open a dimensional rift at any moment in time.
I think thanos does win bc hes much stronger than Thor who heavily weakned took the force of a star. Thanos should also scale to anyone who tanked the powerstone which can destroy planets as well as the cosmic cube. Thanos should also have mftl speed as eh reacted to carol who travelled all the way were titan was in less than a day. The only way thanos loses is with Vaders force and precog, but if we give thanos the ig is over for vader as the stones already are universal, and together are more powerful. So i dont think telekinesis or anything can do shit with time manipulation. Anyways thanos wins mid to high diff
That MCU Thanos analysis is pretty bad, he has a lot of scaling that puts him above Star level and mftl+, but if Vader is universal, I guess he one shots Thanos.
Why do you say he can react to captain marvel and then put Mach 1000 on the screen when she was not moving that fast in the movie when fighting him? Just because she can move that fast doesn’t mean that he can react that fast.
And then the bit about Spider-Man. He was able to catch him by anticipating the jump through the portal. And the chunks of moon you reference were warped to the planet by the space stone. You can see the blue glow.
And now I got to the Vader part, and I don’t even know where to start with all of that. You think that calling him the most powerful weapon is literal? And the emperor stuff? And the force stuff? And now the blasters and lasers? I think you need to rework this whole video.

I hate power scaling! BTW blaster bolts aren't lasers they are bolts of plasma and they move at around 160mph. The moment a weeker character can hurt a god basically the power scaling goes out the window. Both Captain America and IronMan can hurt Thanos despite being way under planetary level.
YEEEEESSSS!!!! NEW SETH VIDEO!!!!
You can tell comic readers from people who just regularly watch tv shows and movies with their head cannon “thanos whole thing is the infinity gauntlet” thanos is a superhero squad buster on the regular WITHOUT THE GAUNTLET GO READ SOME MARVEL COMICS
Except Seth is scaling the MCU not the comics
Couldn’t Vader just do a similar telekinetic attack as the one Wanda Maximoff used in the final battle in Endgame? That looked pretty effective
If you highball Vader to this extent then it would be fair to scale Thanos to Infinity Ultron, who is universal + due to Infinity Stones amp. This could be applied to Thanos, therefore he would be able to survive and deal devastating AP to Vader

What's wrong with the scaling
@@Blue9k > Says endgame Thor is the strongest due to a director statement. This is appeal to authority. The correct argument would be to say since Endgame Thor has 2 weapons he is prime Thor.
> Says Thor would only be star level if the star exploded and thus taking its full force, when it literally says he is taking the full force which includes all possibilities including the possibility of it exploding
> Uses a calc that has been debunked several times to get the star to small country level. The correct calc was actually star level and this has been accepted for years (done by Rajjarsalt if your curious)
> Scales Thanos to NWH Spider-Man, NWH Spider-Man is stronger and faster than Infinity War Spider-Man so this isn’t a valid scale. It is also confirmed Spider-Man increases in power from each film.
Aswell as also leaving out multiple pieces of information that gets MCU high tiers ridiculously strong. Such as:
Director of Thor 1 saying Thor has the power to destroy the universe (Not appeal to authority as other things back it up as I will get into)
Thor surviving and destroying the aether which is shown on screen to be destroying the world tree which contains the multiverse
Thor cracking the world tree in Thor 1
The gauntlet is stated to have Thanos take the energy of the Big Bang. The Big Bang in the MCU was the start of everything as revealed in infinity war. Thanos’ base would be able to take this power as that is the durability needed to survive the gauntlet
Iron Man being stated to have infinite energy placing him at high universal
Odin creating a star on screen in Thor 2 with the tap of his staff, same Odin then says Ragnarok Thor is stronger than himself
Odin sending Thor flying throughout time and space (This one’s admittedly vague)
Hulk thinking he could survive the power of the tesseract in avengers 1 which at the time he thought was planetary
I could go on and on.
@@Chckster 1. That's not what an appeal to authority is, also you try to justify another director statement because it's backed up by the verse, even tho you yourself admit that Thor should be at his peak in endgame due to him having his hammer and axe? So by your logic wouldn't the director statement not be an appeal to authority since it's backed up by the film? Please be consistent.
2. Idk why you're assuming "the full force of a star" would have to include all possiblity's LMAOO, and even then, the star doesn't even explode anyway.
3. Debunked by who? Would like to see the "debunks"
4. While I agree spider man got stronger (faster is unlikely) I don't think it's by that much, the only noticable improvement is spider sense which a hax, unless you are trying to argue spider man is stronger and faster than Thanos idk why this is relevant.
5. Would like to see that Thor statement and evidence of the world tree being multiversal in the MCU
6. Thanos only tanks the resting power of the stones, which iron man states in endgame can destroy a continental, so no where near universal.
7. Infinite energy doesn't necessarily mean universal, you would have to prove iron man can use the full extent of that infinite energy in his attacks, and I would like to see the context of that statement to begin with.
8. When does Odin state this? And even then there's a lot to go against the idea of Odin being weaker than Thor.
9. Again I would like to see the context of that statement, it could just be a surface wiping feat.
@@Blue9k 1. Appeal to authority is when you say something is true just because an authority said so, that’s what he is doing in this video.
I then pretended the correct argument. If he presented it in the video, which he did not, I would have no issue with it. I take issue since he didn’t present it.
2. I literally explained why I think this way.
3. Rajjarsalt made a calc putting it at star lvl (Wow, a star being star level who would’ve thought) debunked the country lvl calc.
4. Spider-Man goes from being relative to Captain America to dodging lightning, he undoubtedly gets faster.
Again, I just take issue with the false arguments he presented. I am unbiased and I will call out faulty scaling for the MCU when I see it, even if it amps the verse.
5. Sadly RUclips blocks links to other websites.
6. The direct quote is “But that’s a really cool idea- that kind of infinite power and how he would use that” implying he does have full control over it.

Vader wins both without the army or with the army he is that good, he is a definition of one man army, he is the guy that could slay the entire Thanos army while Thanos is watching and than slay Thanos himself, this is only base Canon Vader but his Power Level is already higher than Thor's (Thor's is Universal while Vader's is Low Outversal), Imagine what other more Powerful versions of Vader (some Canon, some not) would do to Thanos
You've made quite a few mistakes in this video, specifically about when you said Vader wielded the power of entire Galaxies:

5:45 if you force push a rock with planet busting energy downwards, you destroy the planet.
Thanos is an older character than Vader, for one. For 2, Thanos would make very short work of Vader...without the infinity stones
Now you know damn well giving him the gauntlet made the fight unfair why do this to Vader like that
It's highly doubtful Vader can even harm Thanos let alone kill him. 😂

So it’s kinda a double edged dagger argument that one 😂
Dont get me wrong, live action thanos has no chance of killing Vader whatsoever if he has no stones but saying that he has no feats? He took on the big 3 avengers without any stones 😂 and beat up the hulk with no stones

Suffering had birthed insight."
'Lords of the Sith': referring to Disney Vader
The absolute destruction of Vader's body solidified his connection to the Force more than ever, as he now NEEDED it more than ever.
“You think midi-chlorians are what make a Jedi?”
“No, the Force is what makes a Jedi.” The boy lowered his head. “And that’s the one thing I don’t have.”
Yoda stopped laughing. “What do you mean you don’t have the Force?”
“I can’t call on it. Not like you. Not like her. I can’t summon a lightsaber to my hand without trickery. I can’t read people’s minds. I can’t feel it-the Force-at all. I’m just…ordinary.” The boy turned away in shame.
Yoda huffed. “Then never a Jedi you will be, if that is what you believe.”
Disney Canon- 'What A Jedi Makes'
Tbh Disney Vader wasn't even wankmaxxed here, people will argue Vader as being uni bc he opened up a dimensional rift by force, like with his bare hands.
Seth you js removing shit now😭
That MCU Thanos analysis is pretty bad, he has a lot of scaling that puts him above Star level and mftl+, but if Vader is universal, I guess he one shots Thanos.
Vader could just use the force to take all of the stones out of the glove and use some of the stones to easily beat him
He's not strong enough to use them. They would destroy him upon contact. He's not a Titan, and has no Titan blood.

Mcu thanos solos the verse base thanos destroyed Thor who could fight the either which could reality warp the entire infinite universe and the infinity stones which coyld affect dormammu who controls the dark dimension which is above physics entirely and seth you didnt even mention that captain marvel star feat

Dark dimension Vader? Stronger than every person on the Jedi counsel without much effort, and is the living embodiment of the dark side, not like a force ghost where they can’t do anything
base Vader can already solo the council
@@Blue9k no he can’t what, mace and yoda by themselves can beat vader

THANOS
Base Thanos easily gets to at least galaxy from scaling above Celestials being "one of the most powerful beings in the universe," up to uni if you scale him above stones. Though Vader still probably wins due to superior speed and hax
@@bobcob2640 Thanos can quite literally pause time change reality and has the power to destroy planets.
I'm guessing its possible to dig up some "Legends" lore to build an argument in favor of Vader. However, compare the movies. Thanos routinely shrugs off the level of attacks which have harmed Vader. That's with no Infinity Gauntlet.
And of course if you take comics Thanos then I'm pretty sure even the wildest versions of Legends Vader get absolutely annihilated.
Nope!
Thanos wins
