I have one major issue with your logic here when it comes to you giving Batman the speed advantage. You used Superman as the base for scaling Batman to light speed due to the phantom drive, but you didn’t use Thor quite literally blitzing a black hole in dark world and scaling Spider-Man from that. Also capt marvel traverses space on a whim at MFTL speeds while conscious of where she’s goin like when she found Tony in the middle of nowhere in space, but only gets calced at Mach 1000? I think spidey got lowballed here a bit.
Also, Batman can't have light speed reaction. This has been undermined in multiple scenes of films he has been in. People have to consider the narrative of the scene before introducing whatever relativistic feat in scaling. Batman even if superhuman cannot keep up with the likes of Spider-Man.

Not to jump the gun. I put it on pause at 11:27, after the Batman vs Superman scenario. It's not the same thing at all with Batman vs Spiderman.. Cause Superman has a fatal weakness that stops Superman from defending himself. Which is not a fair fight.. Spider-man though doesn't have that type of weakness.. Unless you turn to the comics and cartoons when he's fighting to become the Man-Spider, which he's always caught in serious pain and he can't fight. So removing that. Spider-man has no deathly weakness that Batman can use to his advantage. So he's gonna have to come up with a hell of a good plan. Cause Spidey is way stronger than Batman, always holding back his punches.. Always... He's a lot more agile, he's a great fighter, his speed and agility is unmatched. Which over goes batmans, he's very intelligent, he thinks on his feet, he a scientist, he can come up with anything on a whim, his spider-sense is unmatched for anyone who goes against him and his webbing is his biggest weapon and they're very strong.. Batman is the type of character to keep a dossier on Spiderman as soon as some sightings crop up, use his high tech satellites to find out he's Peter Parker, and document his activities through New York CCTVs, much before they ever cross paths. He has neutralised a literal army of Talons, who are basically undead zombies each deadly enough to pose a threat to peak humans supposedly in his tier; fought Deathstroke-a much deadlier version of Captain America-to a standstill; and even Kara Zor El, Supergirl, using Kryptonian Martial Arts to subdue her in a mental state where she wouldn't know to hold back. The Batcave has an insane amount of defences and contingencies. This would, again, come down to the timeline of Batman. If you're putting Year 1/2 Batman in this situation, obviously he'd lose to an out of character bloodlusted spiderman. Prep time is bullshit for any character in a dearh battle. Because it's the infinite cop out. You aren't the characters so you can't say exactly what they would do. So you just assume he can do anything. You'd have to come up with a plausible way for Batman to prep something. Like how much info does he get. How much stuff does he need for his plan. Does he have the stuff necessary. What even is his plan. How much time does he have to access these resources. How much stuff does he start with or have at hand. You can't say he goes and asks superman for shit or goes to some other dc planet for materials because that implies he knows of the fight ahead of time and it either takes place in his verse or he has an unfair advantage by being told everything about spiderman and his stats. Given time and unlimited resources to work with with a deadline while spiderman gets dragged without further notice. So that's just biass. Whatever you give batman spiderman should have access to as well. And if he got just as much info and time as batman to come up with something he definitely would. Since spiderman is just as good with preptime as batman and has better base stats.

Comics, Spider-man takes down Batman without much difficulty. That Spider-Sense, agility, endurance and strength would be too much for Bruce. But that wouldnt be the interesting bit if they met. Comparing that to him increasing his speed to go backward in time is like saying a baseball falling from a very tall building is the same speed as one being thrown by a pro baseball player if they both acted at the same time. It's just not the same. That doesn't mean Bats isn't fast, but that does mean that the scaling is slightly off, and by slightly, I mean extremely off. Plus, come on, the scene you used when Bats was fighting to save Martha, he got fucking stabbed in his arm, IIRC, by a whole ass goon. A WHOLE ASS GOON!! Making the argument of a bloodlusted superman with the beam, you can see him charge up. LITERALLY can see him charging up. Bat's had whole seconds of reaction time to block that blast XD 12:42. This makes that whole scaling an iffy ahh issue because he can see it coming, therefore he can react, just like with Doomies Laser. Again, not saying he isn't fast, but the speed amp scaling is fucking ridiculous, just like Flash falling. If we're comparing movies, it's close as hell. Bat's has WAY better tech, but that doesn't mean that Peter CAN'T hack that tech. He did get through the failsafes on Tony's spiderman costume he gifted Peter. He might not have Friday though, which would've made it all too easy to hack Bat's equipment, as there is nothing in the movies on SM that we have seen couldn't hack and Bat's has never really had anyone try to hack his stuff in his movies nor the JL movie nor Doomsday Movie. So this point is situational. Bats is not overcoming the Sense. I'm sorry, until he can show a way to overcome a literal god sense, I'm gonna keep that statement. You can argue superman has better hearing and sight than peter, but Peter doesn't need to, "See." you specifically, nor does he need to "smell" you or "hear" you. His soul left his body and it still reacted while he was confused on the matter, so he defs wasn't paying attention to Strange, who is, btw, a friendly, meaning the Spider Sense shouldn't have even worked against him. Though, this was after Mysterio in Far From Home, so it makes sense that the Spider Sense would be able to detect friendlies that turned hostile at that point, anyone trying to argue the sense is invalid. Strength is Peter. Put Bats between a boat, give him some chains connecting both ends, and lets see him try to hold that better than Peter did, or just put a building on him and see if he can push it off him with pure strength alone. Or for more crazy ass scaling, put him in SM2 and have him try to hold the building from falling on them with just strength alone, no tech, just balls. Intellect actually would have to go to Bats. If we're counting Andrew Garfield's TASM 1 and 2, then it's a tie. They both come up with grand solutions on the fly, whereas Toby nor Holland can do this without prep time, more often times than not Holland than Tobey, as Tobey just gets lucky most times in his Movie Trilogy. Seth, I think you forgot to mention that superman holds back......like a whole lot. And his heat vision which he used a good bit drains him of energy more than any other power. Batman also reacted to doomsday's heat vision before it was fired, evidence to this is that heatvision is shown to have to build up in their eyes before launched
It's a fact that superman wasn't holding back when he went at batman in the gauntlet scene. Superman was blood lusted and took out the jl. He wanted batman dead in that moment. As is evident because supes tried to terminate bruce with his heat vision not knowing Bruce had the absorbing gauntlets.

Doomsday isn’t planetary and neither is his heat vision, has nowhere near the feats to be that high. He would eventually destroy the planet like Hulk in Age of Ultron according to WoG. Same Hulk who the Hulkbuster could stand up to which Spidey would scale to. Superman was in front of the event horizon as he had to get clear of it, he wasn’t FTL at that point, only after he resurrected. No Batman isn’t FTL, that’s stupid. His best feats are relativistic which plenty of MCU characters have that Spidey scales to. This electricity scale lowball doesn’t make any sense. Thanos reacted to light and so has Thor.

Just going off the movies I feel Toby is probably the strongest spider in terms of pure strength. Sure Tom has better tech and spider sense and Andrew has electro speed scaling but Toby was capable of soloing goblin in his movie. The same goblin who was whopping Tom and even stopped a bloodlusted Tom from killing goblin by grabbing the glider. It’s probably because he’s an older Spider-Man and that was the intention but.

Cap did not throw Ultron through a concrete pillar. They were on a truck at speed, probably 50 or 60 miles an hour when Cap knocked/though Ultron off of the truck and he hit a pillar. I'm sure cap helped a lot but it was mostly the truck.

To give Spider-Man a medium in the speed range and a medium in the strength range compared to Batman is disrespectful. Spider-Man can stop trains lift cars. He can lift 10-300 tons depending on the situation and this is when he’s not angry and he’s holding back. Spider-Man often pulls punches. Spider-Man also has spider senses, so unless you’re super fast just like him that means Batman is not landing Punches or hitting Spider-Man. Any gadget Batman tries to throw spider-Man would know they’re coming before it even comes. Batman is just peak human performance, plus a lot of gadgets that’s it. however, Peter Parker is super human performance not to mention he’s more intelligent than Bruce Wayne so if he wanted to build a gadget belt, which he did have back in the days he could do that with no problem. Spider-man has no deathly weakness that Batman can use to his advantage. So he's gonna have to come up with a hell of a good plan. Cause Spidey is way stronger than Batman, always holding back his punches.. Always... He's a lot more agile, he's a great fighter, his speed and agility is unmatched. Which over goes batmans, he's very intelligent, he thinks on his feet, he a scientist, he can come up with anything on a whim, his spider-sense is unmatched for anyone who goes against him and his webbing is his biggest weapon and they're very strong.. The Batcave has an insane amount of defences and contingencies. This would, again, come down to the timeline of Batman. If you're putting Year 1/2 Batman in this situation, obviously he'd lose to an out of character bloodlusted spiderman.

Prep time is bullshit for any character in a dearh battle. Because it's the infinite cop out. You aren't the characters so you can't say exactly what they would do. So you just assume he can do anything. You'd have to come up with a plausible way for Batman to prep something. Like how much info does he get. How much stuff does he need for his plan. Does he have the stuff necessary. What even is his plan. How much time does he have to access these resources. How much stuff does he start with or have at hand. You can't say he goes and asks superman for shit or goes to some other dc planet for materials because that implies he knows of the fight ahead of time and it either takes place in his verse or he has an unfair advantage by being told everything about spiderman and his stats. Given time and unlimited resources to work with with a deadline while spiderman gets dragged without further notice.

Comics, Spider-man takes down Batman without much difficulty. That Spider-Sense, agility, endurance and strength would be too much for Bruce. But that wouldnt be the interesting bit if they met. Superman may have super senses, but that would be a better argument if this was Miguel O'Hara from Spiderman 2099 as he doesn't have the spider sense. At that point, not having a literal fucking soul and it still being able to move puts Peter's precog on a whole different level of holy shit. Also being able to control it while Mysterio literally did the one thing that counters the SS, making Spider-Man believe that there is no threat to BE sensed, and Peter's sense guiding him through the illusion until Mysterio killed himself, even warning him of him about to his face about to get blown off, POINT-BLANK, and he reacted precisely, means that his sense is on a completely different level now. Lets also add that it sensed the Green Goblin in disguise of Norman Osborn and Peter had JUST met the dude for a day, and this wasn't any normal disguise, dude has a whole personality resided in there and Peter's Sense warned him literally 20 seconds in. That's a serious DnD Alert feat right there XD
Plainly speaking, Bats is NOT touching peter, even with the speed difference, which can be debated because if I'm not mistaken, Flash had no ground to run on in that scene, and I've seen the JL movie alongside Supes V Bats (Zach should not be a director, that JL movie was hot garbage XD), meaning his speed was decreasing steadily. Comparing that to him increasing his speed to go backward in time is like saying a baseball falling from a very tall building is the same speed as one being thrown by a pro baseball player if they both acted at the same time. It's just not the same. That doesn't mean Bats isn't fast, but that does mean that the scaling is slightly off, and by slightly, I mean extremely off. Plus, come on, the scene you used when Bats was fighting to save Martha, he got fucking stabbed in his arm, IIRC, by a whole ass goon. A WHOLE ASS GOON!!
Making the argument of a bloodlusted superman with the beam, you can see him charge up. LITERALLY can see him charging up. Bat's had whole seconds of reaction time to block that blast XD 12:42. This makes that whole scaling an iffy ahh issue because he can see it coming, therefore he can react, just like with Doomies Laser. Again, not saying he isn't fast, but the speed amp scaling is fucking ridiculous, just like Flash falling.
If we're comparing movies, it's close as hell. Bat's has WAY better tech, but that doesn't mean that Peter CAN'T hack that tech. He did get through the failsafes on Tony's spiderman costume he gifted Peter. He might not have Friday though, which would've made it all too easy to hack Bat's equipment, as there is nothing in the movies on SM that we have seen couldn't hack and Bat's has never really had anyone try to hack his stuff in his movies nor the JL movie nor Doomsday Movie. So this point is situational.
Bats is not overcoming the Sense. I'm sorry, until he can show a way to overcome a literal god sense, I'm gonna keep that statement. You can argue superman has better hearing and sight than peter, but Peter doesn't need to, "See." you specifically, nor does he need to "smell" you or "hear" you. His soul left his body and it still reacted while he was confused on the matter, so he defs wasn't paying attention to Strange, who is, btw, a friendly, meaning the Spider Sense shouldn't have even worked against him. Though, this was after Mysterio in Far From Home, so it makes sense that the Spider Sense would be able to detect friendlies that turned hostile at that point, anyone trying to argue the sense is invalid.
Strength is Peter. Put Bats between a boat, give him some chains connecting both ends, and lets see him try to hold that better than Peter did, or just put a building on him and see if he can push it off him with pure strength alone. Or for more crazy ass scaling, put him in SM2 and have him try to hold the building from falling on them with just strength alone, no tech, just balls.
Intellect actually would have to go to Bats. If we're counting Andrew Garfield's TASM 1 and 2, then it's a tie. They both come up with grand solutions on the fly, whereas Toby nor Holland can do this without prep time, more often times than not Holland than Tobey, as Tobey just gets lucky most times in his Movie Trilogy.

It's a fact that superman wasn't holding back when he went at batman in the gauntlet scene. Superman was blood lusted and took out the jl. He wanted batman dead in that moment. As is evident because supes tried to terminate bruce with his heat vision not knowing Bruce had the absorbing gauntlets.

Doomsday isn’t planetary and neither is his heat vision, has nowhere near the feats to be that high. He would eventually destroy the planet like Hulk in Age of Ultron according to WoG. Same Hulk who the Hulkbuster could stand up to which Spidey would scale to. Superman was in front of the event horizon as he had to get clear of it, he wasn’t FTL at that point, only after he resurrected. No Batman isn’t FTL, that’s stupid. His best feats are relativistic which plenty of MCU characters have that Spidey scales to. This electricity scale lowball doesn’t make any sense. Thanos reacted to light and so has Thor.

Cap did not throw Ultron through a concrete pillar. They were on a truck at speed, probably 50 or 60 miles an hour when Cap knocked/though Ultron off of the truck and he hit a pillar. I'm sure cap helped a lot but it was mostly the truck.

To give Spider-Man a medium in the speed range and a medium in the strength range compared to Batman is disrespectful. Spider-Man can stop trains lift cars. He can lift 10-300 tons depending on the situation and this is when he’s not angry and he’s holding back. Spider-Man often pulls punches. Spider-Man also has spider senses, so unless you’re super fast just like him that means Batman is not landing Punches or hitting Spider-Man. Any gadget Batman tries to throw spider-Man would know they’re coming before it even comes. Batman is just peak human performance, plus a lot of gadgets that’s it. however, Peter Parker is super human performance not to mention he’s more intelligent than Bruce Wayne so if he wanted to build a gadget belt, which he did have back in the days he could do that with no problem. It is not even a comparison. It’s just interesting that people would even think that Batman would stand a chance against Spider-Man.
