Thanks for the great idea. I was using Velcro tape on the net and Velcro sticker on the window frame to mount the net but it was always slacking!

В этом году наклеил ленту липучку на внутреннюю часть рамы и на эту ленту закрепил сетку. Стоит около двух долларов. В конце лета выкину. Раз в год менять не напряжно.

This guy just reinvented the insect screen. Good clickbait, though - "Result is Incredible" :))
There are special aluminium profiles for these, with connectors, rubber gaskets - all to be cut to desired size and kits of hinges, handles and magnets at any DIY store in Europe.

3 minutes into 5 before I had any clue that what you were making was of no interest to me.
Could you perhaps have given us a clue in the title ?

    Screen kits exist.

yes, but not fitting for everyone and this is universal, also a diy solution with a huge amount of savings once you do more than just 1 window only. at the end it is sweat and time versus money, but why are you watching a diy channel and idea ?

@@Piterworkshop it is the same.process except the rails are cheaper and purpose built to be cut to size and takes a spline for the screen. Still DIY.
