i was a bit hesitant to watch this video because i've been here sinse the start, and every "what material i use" video has just been "this is foam, i get it from my local store, the end". but *THIS* time, im actually happy. now i know what to look for. no more flakey props for me!!

coincidently the time is also relative to 343 industries
Note: 'Styrodur' is a better/ higher density foamboard than 'Foamular' but it is more expensive & harder to find. - Good luck!

I am wanting to start making props like yours, although the first problem I encounter is where to find the foam? I am also from New Zealand and I've checked several places and can't find anywhere that sells EVA foam or Foamular. Where do you get your foam from or where do you recommend looking?
Im looking for a nice dense foam for building actual rifle stocks to carbon fiber wrap for custom hunting rifles.
No EVA foam?
Your reading my mind. Been following you a while and as an Aussie a lot of products used in many videos is hard to find. so I try and figure it out. I'm only new into it as a hobby and mainly just make stuff for the kids. I was just about to get into the bigger stuff as currently I just do mostly eva foam stuff. Thanks my man. And keep up the good work.

Good on you for not ignoring fans when they ask this question a thousand times, you've literally made several videos all saying what you use but continue to do it to make sure people know. Most you tubers would get irritated or impatient with that kinda question being asked frequently.

We in Serbia have Styrodur... But it's pink, and it have web over it.

I have a question though, when I searched up Foamular, there seems to be several different types such as NGX 250 and CW25.
Which one do you use in particular if I may ask?
if you just go to like a home depot or lowes, in the insulation section they will have foamular. They only have one type there, and it has worked great for me. they only have 2 thicknesses though, so it can get annoying at times.

Hey boys and gals, helping out Andy for a sec. If you live in the United States like I do
you can find Foamular at homedepos and lowe's around the country. Now size's vary in
different areas but they normally come in 8ftx4ft at 2-in thick, but you can also get it in
6ftx4ft at 1-in thick. Hope this takes some stress off Andrew and helps the rest of you.

Where are you, here in Australia I get mine from "Clark rubber"(large rolls)I have picked up some from camping stores as well ( flooring squares)
