I have a problem, my laptop stops exporting movies at about 1497 frames everytime. What causes this? I have windows 10 but no quicktime, as I can't get it to install on my computer. Hope you can help!
i can export, but only in 24 fps which is not what my project is made for. it dosnt matter if i change the output to 8/12/15 or anything, when it is done exporting, the final result is still in 24 fps, this software is making my brain explode and not in a good way.
Thank you for reaching out, @@gargoyled_drake. Have you adjusted the frame rate in your scene settings? docs.toonboom.com/help/harmony-17/essentials/reference/dialog-box/scene-settings-dialog-box.html
@@vira3080 i found out how it works. in the top of the software where you find "file", "edit" "view" and all of those, you choose "scene" and then scene settings, and from there you change the framerate settings for the actual project.
same issue, no solutions with in toon boom from what i have found, only solution people seem to have is, export images, manually cut down your images in a videoeditor software to have the length you want them to have and export the video from there. this just makes toon boom way too expensive a software if it is used for old school drawing and editing.
It's been well over a year since Apple officially dropped Quicktime support for Windows (that happened in April 2016 ... this video was posted in Nov. 2016 , 7 months after Quicktime support was dropped for Windows) Why is Toonboom still dependent on Quicktime codecs for video export ? Have you tried FFmpeg .MOV codecs ? What about an option for export to .AVI ?

Same overhere
If you export it upload it to Sony Vegas pro you have to manually change the speed on Vegas to keep it the same as the video
