Video just popped up via auto play. What a wonderful surprise. Real-time cooking in a real kitchen. Love how you clean and wash up along the way, and just about cheered when you grabbed pot lids to cover your skillets. Using meat scraps for seasoning - chef’s kiss. My absolute favorite part is chatting while you work. Takes me back to when I was little and family would pop in to visit. Cooking wouldn’t stop, there would always be a pot of coffee on and everyone helped themselves. Same with guys working outside. I’m certainly going to try this recipe and check out more of your channel. Bless you!

I came from a family of 6 children, I had 5 brothers. My dad had 9 brothers and sisters and everyone cooked at home. Never went out to eat. Never knew people even went out to eat until I was a teenager, LOL

Thank you for sharing your recipes with us. I made stuff cabbage rolls when i was young (many years ago…and took a tip from my Julia Child recipe book. She suggested putting the entire cabbage in the freezer over night, then thawing it out. Voila…those cabbage leaves came off the core very easily and they were soft and pliable. Easy to roll, no burnt hands and they held together very well during cooking. Anyway…thank you again for sharing. Hope this tip is useful for many. Bon appetit’!

I agree you are down to earth. I like how you clean as you go. I am exhausted after eating but you make it seem so effortless. Also happy to see you reboot your scraps today we have to be able to make do. Maybe in the near future. I also like you recycling you growing pots. Genius! And so simple wanted to get back to the basics.😊

I love how you keep your workspace clean as you go. I can't cook (or used to) if my workspace was full of dirty dishes, pots, pans, etc. I have never seen cabbage rolls fixed this way but I would love to try it except I would use a different meat, I loathe sausage. I ate sausage all my life then one day I didn't, go figure, lol. I love how you cook Linda and you've given me good ideas to try. Love your vids. Keep 'em comin.

Yes…I’m drooling !! You make kitchen work look so easy . Was that breakfast , lunch or dinner ? Also the cornbread , was that self rising mix , then you used half flour and half mix ?? you can bet I’m going to cook one on top of the stove . Can you grow cabbage in your garden ?
I do have to go back and watch how you did those rose cuttings..your doing just great on your u tubes . See you next time.

I heard Brenda Gantt on one of her videos once tell us that an old man told her to plant the stems she removed frim her collards and she coyld regrow collards that way too. I havent tried it yet, but, am looking forward to trying it when i cook collards agn. And would love to hear your response if/when you try it. God bless you my friend.❤️😊
