Thanks Kevin, everything you've explained so far has worked perfect for me. I just needed 16gigs of ram for shit to work. Finished up to part 10 in two days! Calling it a night with some drinks and tomorrow gonna finish these beast of a lab! =D

btw, if you cannot ping your domain after statically configuring the IP for the server and putting the VM on host-only adapter, just refresh the DNS server in Server Manager. Right click on DNS in server manager and just click refresh, it should work
Yes buy a PDQ license and go into depth on this. And please do a video on deployment not only for the software packages, but also for OS deployment too. BTW Great Job on the videos!

I'm not sure if I did it correctly but it could be that pdq is starting to Limit the free to download packages from the package library because I can't do the zoom deployment like you did here in this video.
But I did try it with PDFsam basic which work which was pretty cool to do / watch!
Nice. It's very limited. You have to pay for the full feature.

The labs are fun but Exchange damn near killed me but Kevtech did say Exchange will take a while. It took my computer almost 2 hrs. Overall doing labs are fun just have ALOT of patience.
Yep. Once you get it installed, it's worth it. You learn a lot from it.
What's the difference between Office 365 and Exchange 2016? They look similar.
Exchange 365 has yammer, teams, azure. Exchange 2016 only has exchange console only. Exchange 365 enterprise has that and other stuff on it.

When I attempt to deploy zoom to desktop1 it keeps failing and stating the network name cannot be found?
Because of dns and network issue on pdq.

@@utkarshsinghmar3497 dns issue means network issues. Check both pcs. Can you ping it, can you ping the server to the pc? Can you ping the pc the server? If it doesn't work than that means it's a network issue or an issue on virtualbox network adapter settings.
Hi Kev
I have a problem..At 6:43,when i try to make a brand new folder,the file is trying to save to my mac,instead of inside the vm..The vm freezes..
Don't know if anybody else has had that problem?
That's why I don't like using virtual box on a Mac. It gives you a bunch of issues. It should make a folder inside the vm itself. It shouldn't put it on the Mac, might be vm setting or Mac settings that need to be changed.

when im trying to deploy zoom I get an error saying the network name cannot be found, would you recommend changing firewall settings (like opening SMB port) while connected to the internet?
I did it while both vms were online
Why would someone use PDQ over Microsoft Intune?
some companies use it. You can invent the wheel and practice intune if you like.

11 not user friendly with rsat tools which is why I don't have a video on it.

you explain to fast for entry level
you can slow down the video or rewatch it. My videos are intended for someone who already knows A+ but is new in tech. If you want to understand this, read A+ first. People complain I go too slow. RUclips you can even slow video in settings. If this is too advanced than you might want to study comptia a+ first. PDQ is helpdesk level 2 not entry level, it depends where you work.
