I used to make my own bot for trading but I realized that I need to learn AI to make it's profitable, now I'm thinking in building AI model and data.. Simple method would not work in both trending & volatile market

Right, but for quantitative trading I needed more fine grained data. I.e. L2, L3 data on a minute by minute or second by second basis.
