  • Almond Banana Bread: Moist and Gluten-Free
    Ingredients:
    banana - 3
    almond flour - 3 cups
    baking powder - 1 tsp
    baking soda - 1 tsp
    salt - 1/4 tsp
    maple syrup - 1/4 cup
    vegetable oil - 1/4 cup
    almond extract - 1 tsp
    eggs - 3
    cinnamon - 1 tsp
    almond petals (optional)
    Steps:
    1. Mash bananas.
    2. Add eggs, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix it.
    3. Add maple syrup, almond extract and vegetable oil. Mix it.
    4. Add almond flour. Mix it.
    5. Prepare baking mold (9 inches/23cm x 5 inches/13cm dish is used). Cover it with parchment paper (baking sheet).
    6. Pour the batter.
    7. Optional step/decoration: almond petals.
    8. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Bake for 50 minutes. Final 5 minutes keep a close eye to prevent overbaking.
    9. Let the bread cool for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
