Tool Purge 2021 | How & Why to select items

My shop has been getting crowded. It is time to clean it out and figure out how to get things more organized for better operation. Selling tools also makes room for newer needed items. This is just the beginning!

Great idea for a winter project. I have a small shop and can sympathize with the space problems. I just told a neighbor the other day that I had too much "stuff." Stuff I never use but have to step over or around while working. How big is your shop?
