Hey Blake, Product designer here. You popped up and I saw viral app and after watching both vids just wanted to say I Love the simplicity of the explanations. I changed my career and branched into the space leading corporate designs in chat, ux, and UI 7 years ago. Specifically like your 3's example and I'll give you another, Interaction animation also works in 3's in a way, 300-350 milliseconds are my sweet spot for simple micro interactions. 😎 Happy building man! Looking forward to seeing more vids.
I've received feedback that I sound like a robot haha. My goal was to prioritize the tangible information that I share. The rest of this series will likely have a similar tone. I would probably listen at 1.5x-2x speed
Hey Blake. I watched quite a few of interviews with you. Just wanted to say thank you for sharing and no gatekeeping. As a 40-year old, trying to end the rat race, I appreciate your wiligness to help. I have several ideas for an app, but now I will see if they satisfy the criterias that you have listed here. Subscribed.
Thank you for inspiring me. With zero coding knowledge, without writing a single line of code, I created an AI mobile application with RN expo and cursor in 3 days (working 12 hours a day).
I have been following you from your very first podcast, and you are an inspiration all the best for your future journey in RUclips wishing you the best
hey Blake I am Hassan from Pakistan following you from your first podcast. I really find your story really inspiring for me. waiting for other parts :)
Suppose I manage to create a viral and trendy app. How would you recommend marketing it with a limited budget? I’m considering using Meta Ads, but my budget is capped at around $800. Do you think that should be sufficient? Since organic marketing may not yield as much growth, are there any alternative strategies you recommend?
Ai has made it easy to get up and running with an app, but how is the maintenance of these going since you didn't have coding experience? Are you learning coding on the side to develop this skill, or are you passing it onto developers? I say your Whop video where you had an IDE and code on your screen when you went inside, so how's that coming along? Thanks.

I've been building an app for a while, and no joke, as I was watching this video, an idea came to me that is in some ways probably easier to implement, will be more appealing, and is easier to use. Cheers! I am especially curious about the cost of building your AIs/learning models to do what you needed them to do. Because I need my AI to analyze and feedback user videos, and I feel like the potential cost/duration of making it work well is almost too challenging. Could maybe start off with a lightweight model first for basic feedback, and then enhance it semi-manually at first, and then slowly evolve the AI.
Always start with a MVP (minimal viable product) and test it with your expected user base for feedback. Don't spend too much time making it fancy or looking good with a bunch of useless features that aren't pertinent to solving the problem Just put it out there for your expected user base to try, and analyze if they agree it solves their problem, and more importantly, if they would keep using it because it solved the problem. That way you don't waste a bunch of time on something you're not sure about, or has no real demand.
Appreciate you brother. If you charge for access to your product, you can pretty easily cover the cost of AI. Additionally, over time, the relative cost of models (holding performance equal) will decrease.
Hey Blake, first off I want to thank you for everything you are putting out. I uploaded my first two apps to the appstore and I even received my first ever paying user 2 days ago, from only organic tiktok marketing. I am from eastern europe my tiktoks are only viewed by people from this region and I believe this is why it's hard for me to receive any new paying customers. So I just wanted to check with you - are you receiving an unproportionally more money from first world countries like USA, Germany, etc... ?
Great content. But it’s kind of hard listening due to the bad audio. I think even using an iPhone might sound better. If you want to keep this you can improve audio quality by getting rid of the reverb with ai.
Thank you Blake for the content. I wanted to ask you one thing. Is it possible to manage and scale an app, at least to $3-5k/mo by myself (i.e. I take care of everything..marketing, maintenance, etc.)?

I knew not all people will be able to build apps not everyone will have the knowledge of coding and building the apps , but guys i will highly suggest hire a team for it and start learning the app development sude by side you will not regret it definitely
Hey Blake, really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with Best Quality Editing in your videos better than your Editor with good pricing and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail which will help your videos to reach to a wider audience ? Pls let me know what do you think ?

Once a viral app is built, is one TikTok account enough to make it go viral? Or does one need influencer / paid marketing?
@@sagehall6810 Usually not but it is possible. I would test as many different strategies as possible.

even the transcript of this videp seems to be ai generated
For the coding aspect, can you let chapgpt take control of the whole process or do you need to have some sort of coding background/knowledge?
Thank you for being honest.
Great content!🎉
Great video bro. Are there any communities that you would recommend for other marketers like slack or discords?
