Hi Kylie, so happy to have your podcast recommended to me❤. I enjoyed seeing all you are working on. Looking forward to watching future episodes. Love your sock pattern.
Hi Kylie, welcome back! I think the whole knitting youtube world has been a little quiet lately, peoples must be quite distracted living. But you have been missed and I was so chuffed to see your return. When I saw your new vid the world was commanded to stop…. made sure hubby didnt need me for anything cause I was watching Kylie from Cairns. I put on my do not disturb headphones, grabbed a pepsi max, and sat and knitted my little heart out while I chuckled at your latest knitting life update. You must be having so much fun designing, I’m looking far, far, away into a hazy dream future when I can play and imagine my own little creations. It just seems so natural that this beautiful craft should lead us there eventually. Your mistakes make you so normal, I keep hearing the most seasoned knitters admitting to still making mistakes, and often. Although I initially learned to knit in 2010?? I really didn't get a chance to learn in earnest until a few years ago and I was right in the guts of my menopause. Panadols became a staple, learning to knit at that time of life is like learning to drive in peak hour traffic in Dehli. I became the master tinker and frogger, my husband watched in a continual state of anticipation and disappointment at every turn. I think he has an enormous respect for the craft after seeing my circus knitting show in full insane glory. Hopefully that wee description makes you feel less mistake ridden. Now I make all of my mistakes when I'm tired, or rushing and not wanting to double check when my gut tells me I should. Like you said, I’m trying really hard to slow down and enjoy the process, which is what it’s all about. I’m also finding the less pressure I’m putting on myself, the less mistakes I’m making. I have also noticed knitters on youtube (not you, a lot of these 20 and 30 somethings) seem to take a lot of pride in finishing a heap of projects, its really bonkers…..is it a knitting thing or is it a worldly, youth, impatience thing?..... Cause Kylie, I could be wrong but I don't reckon there was this much pressure to have this much stuff, and to have it right this second when we were young, Im talking from a gen x perspective. I think the competition and pressure is extra big with the internet (these thoughts also come from my hiatus from it all too). Anyhoo, here's an example of my trying to slow things down. I just finished knitting the lace section of Tegna and at the end of the lace I had 294 stitches broken up into 14 stitch repeats with markers. At the end of each repeat I was counting those 14 sts before I went on to the next 14, it was slow but it was worth it. I'm not an experienced lace knitter, so this is probably perfectly normal knitting behaviour, I just didn't want to stuff around with lifelines or tedious tinking. After pushing it too much at the start and making mistakes I just decided to take my sweet time, about 2 rows a day while I had a tater chip knit on the side. My brain tires more easily these days so I have to be a little kinder to it. I really loved knitting like that, and now the lace section is complete, and it was a really satisfying completion, it felt really loved. Now its all round and round stockinette heaven. #Home I have to confess I have not knitted many home decor items, just 3 dishcloths and a little baggy which I thought would be great to give as a gift with the dishcloths, which I kept….. it became a notions bag instead. The dishcloths were very uninspiring, I knitted them with 2 different blue coloured 4ply cottons in garter, slipped rib and basket weave. They were free pattern pamphlets I picked up at lincraft. And the bag was from my learn to knit book, classic knits, which I found at the post office, using the same cotton yarn which did not do justice to the bag pattern. The bag's very original name was Knitted gift bag. I took a photo and popped it on my ravelry account so you could see, linked below. When I knitted it I didn't have the internet, we were in the middle of a 10 year break from tech-no-knowledgy, and living a very peaceful phoneless, internetless life. I am actually keeping my eye out for a table runner knit flat with a very plain simple fair isle. I'm thinking about the purl soho arctic wrap . I need to practise my flat fair isle knitting before taking on a gift project I have set aside for my MIL. www.ravelry.com/projects/MissusPilgrim/gift-bag Heres a link of my favourite household knit and crochet projects I’m hoping to do if you want some inspiration, there's also some scrappy projects thrown in there, its my scrappy, little knits, household bundle. www.ravelry.com/bundles/scraps-and-little-knits-and-household Purl soho arctic wrap www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/arctic-wrap Cheers, for the great vid Kylie, Tara
Hello Tara, My sincere apologies for taking so very long to reply. Life has been super challenging lately and there was a little too much on my plate to sit down and respond to all the lovely comments. I didn't want to sit and rush the process. I wanted to be sure that I sat and responded with real thought to each comment that people have taken their time to share with me. Life has settled really nicely now (thank goodness) and I look forward to recording another episode this weekend. Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
Hi Kylie, Thanks for replying to my comment, I can appreciate the overwhelm when you have so many to get back to. I'm relieved to hear your doing ok, I confess I was wondering if you were ok given your long break. Dont bother replying to this, just wanted you to know this faceless knitting aquaintance is grateful to hear youre still wading through this crazy world.
#home. One of my favourite home pattern is the ten stitch blanket. I’ve been making one for the last couple of years- adding to it whenever I have leftover yarn. Your LYS is beautiful! Using the black beads and buttons will be a great addition!!
Hi Beverly, The Ten Stith Blanket is gorgeous, so many lovely projects of this one on Ravelry. My LYS is done and I am so happy with it. I am recording an episode this weekend, I can't wait to share it with you! Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
Love the 2nd Ave “Esprit” shawl. I had to giggle a bit when you asked if we had that brand here in the US because that was a super popular brand…in the 80’s when I was a pre-teen. I wasn’t even aware they were still around. But it perfectly describes the look of the shawl you made. 😁 As for home goods, I have only knit a washcloth with a pineapple design as my first ever FO. No pattern pictures as the washcloth was sort of my own, adjusted from another pineapple design. But I have crocheted many home items, mostly blankets.
Yep! Esprit is still around. Things are certainly a little more modern than our '80's favourites, I actually just googled them to be sure and really like the sparkly sweater dress.... I could knit my own.... Dishcloths are a staple gift knit for me. Even typing this I fancy casting one on now. Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
Hi Peggy, I have a new found love of knitting blankets. I understand the hype now. I haven't done a granny stripe blanket since I was a kid, but I am sure there is one in my future. Thank you so much for spending your precious crafting time with me. K x
Hi Kylie, love your podcast. Thank you so much for all the effort you put in for our enjoyment. Thanks also for being my Joji & co enabler - just purchased my first, a mustard suede mini Santa Cruz. Waiting for it to arrive. My favourite homewears knit is the Bits n Bobs blanket by Kay Jones of the Bakery Bears podcast. It’s a great fun knit and super squishy, warm and cozy. #home
You are so welcome! I bet you love your Joji bag. Thanks so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. and so sorry it has taken me FOREVER to respond. K x
Hi Kylie. Good to see you and thanks for the reminder to stop knitting if you're not enjoying your project. #Home my favourite homeware projected has been the melted marl blanket by Mr Stephen West. I'm really wanting to have a go at his starflanket pattern too. Xx
Wow another great episode. Thanks for sharing and appreciate all the wonderful work you have had to do to produce such a varied and interesting podcast. #Home I knitted the 3 wise owls cushion, by Helen Coorcoran a while back when everyone was into owls…bit dated now but still love it as I matched the colour to my decor and use it as an ‘elbow prop’ when I am knitting. Was a simple basic fun knit too. Good luck too with your sock pattern, looks lovely. Hope you enjoyed your lunch!
Oh Morag, you are too kind. Funny, I have an elbow prop too when I knit, but it isn't a hand knit cushion. Perhaps I should fix that. Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
Great to see you again Kylie! I was hanging out for your next episode, even my husband said “she’s back!” when he saw me watching. 😂 I have knit a few dishcloths, just traditional grandma’s dishcloth types. I also knit a mug cosy, never use it. But one home decor pattern I’ve been considering is Yoke O’Clock - it’s a clock!! #home
Hi Michelle, You are too sweet! I am actually sitting down to record this weekend. I have had so much on my plate lately that there really hasn't been time or energy to turn up on RUclips which is so sad because i have really missed it. Lots of super cool stuff to share with you all. So keep an eye out and thank you for being such a fabulous cheerleader for me and my channel. Also, thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
Loving your podcasts! You are my kind of friend! I also have an electric ball winder and altho it was costly, I am way too old and spoiled to stand and waste my remaining days and hours turning a crank!! 😅😅 I’m so happy you also think the same, no doubt!! Sending you hugs from the arriving Spring in Northern Virginia! ❤
Aw! Thanks so much Angela. So sorry it has taken me forever to respond to your comment. Life has been a little hectic here. Thankfully things are settling down nicely now and I we can resume our normal programming. Hugs from a cooler Cairns (it's winter now and a chilly 17 degrees celcius in the morning) K x
Hi Kylie, love your channel! I’ve knit loads of homeware projects- dish cloths, pillows, throws etc, but my fave is the ‘sock monkey cabin blanket’ by Jennifer Davidson cuz everyone loves it! (and it’s a free pattern 😊)
Hi here from Springbok South Africa My first time looking your podcast and woww love it Ripping out in my vocabulary bullfrog... But it make as stronger Love the new shawl that cables wowwww with #home triangle 🔺️ blanket of Steven west Omw sock yarn for Aussie land my heart skip a beat I am addicted to sockknitting. If there not a pair of socks in a project bag I am lost Love your socks I subscribed and can't for the next episode
Hi Suzette, Great to have you join the Gee Tribe! I chuckled when I read Bull Frog. Here in Australia i could call it Cane Toad!! Thanks for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
#home Hi Kylie! I’ve never knit homewares, unless you could count a crochet blanket I started about um, in 1998🤣 that is not finished😭 But, I’ve been inspired by the Crazy Sock Lady to have a go at knitting the Jelly Roll Blanket by Kay F Jones. It’s fingering weight, scrappy or not, garter stitch and no seams😱 perfect!
You gotta love a scrappy blanket, I still have my scrappy blanket sitting in a basket waiting for some more love. Don't feel bad, we all have that one project. (or at least that is what I choose to believe...hahaha) Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
Yay! Glad to see you back! #home I love a good doily tbh! 🤣. I also really like these knitted topper towels that you can hook to handles in your kitchen. My grandmother made them all the time. They are super convenient for having a towel right where you need it when you are cooking or baking.
Hi @Rachel and @Julia Love the chat! I say we bring back the doily, what do you reckon?? Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
I have knit several different dish cloths, some pillows and a bolster. My favourite #home pattern is the Hulda Cushion by Arne and Carlos. NO shopping?!?!?! 😯 Love all of the sweater ideas! I currently have my second Lento on the needles and I am test knitting al all over colour work sweater. I will have to write down a few ideas!
Hey Lisa! Thanks for stopping by again. Things have been pretty busy over here, but the shopping hasn't stopped completely. Lento is on my list too! Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
#Home, the one I’ve enjoyed making the most is the Northeasterly Blanket by Skeinanigns. It was also great because I used up loads of leftover sock yarn. And now I have a cozy blanket to wrap up in while watching TV.
A good stash busting scrappy project is always handy to have and this one is so cleaver! Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
Oh! Thanks so much Mary. Are you knitting yours in Aran weight? IF so, I am impressed because Aran would hurt my hands too much. Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
#home the only home knit I’ve made (other than loads of baby blankets) is the bobble sheep pillow by Purl Soho. I started it in 2016, put it in hibernation, found and finished it in 2022! I may never knit another bobble! I’ve named her Sheila and I love her ❤
that Bobble Sheep pillow is amazing - I get your new found aversion to bobbles. (LOL) Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
Thank you! 😊 Finally getting on top of my To Do list and responding to people. Thanks for testing my socks. You are a sweetheart. Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
Kylie, I have been knitting a corner to corner garter stitch scrappy blanket for my husband. I find it hard to let go and pick a color at random but now I see I'm in good company. Love the podcast and you are amazing.
Hi Kylie, really enjoying your channel. Have just been through the sweater slides again (slow, taking notes), thank you for doing this. The models are gorgeous. Makes me wish to be thin and svelte too. I am starting to think it might be useful to have a list/show of sweaters that look good on larger bodies too. Maybe I need to trawl through Ravelry looking for projects. Love your socks.
#home Hi Kylie, I taught myself to crochet with RUclips and made a couple of granny stripe afghans using left over sock yarn. My favourite knitted pattern though, is the Habitation throw made using an advent calendar’s mini skeins.
So good to see you again ~ you have been missed! First, dear girl, *next time* just bundle up your kerfuffle of stitches & send them to me ~ fixing other people's messes is so much more fun than fixing my own! I keep threatening to buy hubby & the dog matching T-shirts emblazoned with, *"I'm why we can't have nice things."* I might even order one for the 9-year-old. If you think a herd of feral camels are destructive, you should get an eyeful of the chaos this lot can produce! Given my family's propensity for being a merry band of klutzes, I rarely knit anything for our home. When I do knit for #home ~ it's usually a set of "Leafy Washcloth" (by Megan Goodacre) wrapped with some handmade soap as a wedding, baby, divorce, graduation, new home... gift. They are delightful to knit, and look like I did far more work than they actually require. 😘 The aforementioned 9-year-old is a huge fan of "bunting" - not the type that "bye bye baby" was wrapped in; these are the decorative triangles that are hung like a garland across windows or walls (out of reach.) While I prefer to crochet them with delightful motifs (SO much faster & more fun) Little Miss likes the plain knit ones that she can "decorate" with faux jewels & glitter & pompoms and whatever strikes her fancy out of the craft bins. In that case, I use a plain variation of "Knit Your Own Sunshine" (by Marie Green) for #home decor at its most gaudy. The things we do for love!
I honestly snort laughed when I read this. Let's just say that being and empty nester is pure bliss, and I would absolutely share this information with my daughters. I love 'em but.... (in other words, I understand your pain!!) Knitted bunting, now that has got me thinking. Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
@@IamKylieGeeAKnittingPodcast Thank you in return, for the inspiration and the bastion of quiet, in your lovely, relaxing, and tidy 😉 knitting space. I watch your videos at night when the house is still and everyone is asleep - it helps me absorb some of the peacefulness ~and bliss~ that you share with us. Any day I can make someone snort laugh - especially unintentionally - is a win in my book! I just hope you didn't have a mouthful of tea when you did it. It doesn't bode well for the longevity of the electronics around; please don't ask me how I know. 🤦
Another great episode Kylie! I love making the Stjarna Stars by Karolina Eckerdal. I knit them for my daughters family to go on their Christmas tree every year. They could also be used as a hanging or to adore gifts. Take care 💓
Hi Kylie, greetings from the UK. Loving your podcast and love your accent. I designed a knitted throw that I made a tutorial for here on RUclips. So my favourite #home pattern is by squares and purls knitted Afghan. Hugs ❤❤❤
Hi Linda, I subscribed and will sit down this evening and spend my knitting time with you. Thanks so much for tuning in here. I am finally going to sit down and record an episode this weekend. I have really missed it. Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
Hi there Kylie Gee. Love your name. #Home: I made a lap blanket that I drap over a chair in my living room. It is gorgeous. The pattern is from the knitting book Weekend Knitting by Melanie Falick on page 20. It's a show stopper. The yarn colors are stunning. Thank you for the giveaway !!! Much love from Owasso, Oklahoma in the good ole U.S.A.
Hi Iris, I love a good throw/lap blanket. I have just finished a Helen Stewart throw and I am really keen to do a BIG Stephen West one now. Thanks for tuning in and be sure to watch the next episode (recording this weekend) for some more yarny chat! K x
I was so happy to see the notification for the episode. I do look forward to your podcast. I know you like shawls but like lighter wgt due to your climate. Have you knit any of Laura Nelkiin's lace shawls? I am currently knitting Skywalker and am enjoying it as it is different that anything I have knit before. For housewares there are so many practical options. I crocheted a good sized basket to keep art supplies for my great-nephews. It used 3 strands of acrylic yarn and it has been great. I really enjoy a good blanket for my #home but also as a gift for friends, family and babies. Looking forward to your pattern release and to see what comes next.
Hi Julia, You'll be pleased to know that recording this weekend is a priority. I have finally gotten a whole heap of things off my plate to make room for my knitting again. It's been a crazy stupid time. I have always wanted to crochet one of those super cool baskets! No I haven't knit any of Laura Nelkin's lace shawls, but thank you for that fabulous distraction - I just got lost in her Ravelry Store! The Bribaree Socks have been released too. Finally ticking things off and getting back to my new normal. Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
Hi MaryAnn, Dishcloths for the win. I really must cast a few on. they are satisfyingly fast. Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
Hi Jennifer, I have my eye on a few Stephen West blankets too. Like you say, I love the round ones. Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
I'm so looking forward to the release of your sock pattern, those socks are gorgeous! Lots of inspiration in the montage. Thanks again for another top notch podcast.
I have knit lots of dishcloths and my current favorite pattern is called Gramma's Dishcloth (Grandmother's 2nd Favorite) on Ravelry. I do not know why it has a name like that but it's a great pattern. I have also knit the Habitation Throw and it's fantastic. #home
The Grand hotel by Jake Henzier. It's a cushion cover. I am half way and it's certainly a labour of love but I am a big Wes Anderson's fan so it is a must.
A fabulous blanket to knit to use up all your small scraps of yarn is the Make a Long Story Short by Wanda Sowizdrzal. I held two strands together, and it is the squishiest thing, I love it! #home
Hi Jeynelle, What a great pattern! Saved that one in my library and favourites. Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
Hi Kylie, I have to point out a blooper in the montage. You put the wrong name on to my favourite sweater which is Fairy Bouquet by Joanna Ang. You called it Autumn League Pullover. I thought it was best to say this as some ladies might want to look up this pattern. Another fun vlog. 😊
DOH! Fudge and hot chocolate!!! - Which is my PC way of swearing, which I am working really hard to do a lot less of. Anyhoo, I will try and fix it, but I cannot thank you enough for letting me know. Happy knitting, K x
So many fabulous ideas in these comments Elizabeth! I just searched corner to corner knit on Ravelry and OMG...there are so many options. Thank you for the inspiration. Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
Great episode and pattern suggestions at the end. #Home I've knitted a potholder with colourwork called Spider potholder by Jana Trent. This potholder is actually meant to be done in double knit, I only knit it in the regular way but I'd like to try double knitting at some stage.
I am fascinated by doubleknitting. Something else to add to the list of things I would like to knit! Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
Hi Vicki, I get that. There is so many gorgeous things to knit, and we knit what we want. There are no rules. Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me. K x
Hi Iris, I am completely fine. I have certainly had a bucket load going on in my real life that has meant my plate was a little too full. I am hoping to sit down and podcast this weekend. Thanks for your patience. K x
Hi Kylie, thanks SO MUCH for letting me know that you are OK !!! I look forward to your next post. Your my favorite knitting podcast. And believe me I watch ALOT of them.

Sending you hugs from the arriving Spring in Northern Virginia! ❤
Aw! Thanks so much Angela. So sorry it has taken me forever to respond to your comment. Life has been a little hectic here. Thankfully things are settling down nicely now and I we can resume our normal programming.
Hugs from a cooler Cairns (it's winter now and a chilly 17 degrees celcius in the morning)

A Cabled Throw/Afghan, oldie from Leisure Arts “Big Book of Quick Knit Afghans” called ‘Exquisite”. Thank you for another awesome podcast Kylie!!
Thanks for watching Darcy!
K x
Hi Kylie, love your channel! I’ve knit loads of homeware projects- dish cloths, pillows, throws etc, but my fave is the ‘sock monkey cabin blanket’ by Jennifer Davidson cuz everyone loves it! (and it’s a free pattern 😊)
Wow Noreen,
I love that pattern.
Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me.

Hi Suzette,
Great to have you join the Gee Tribe!
I chuckled when I read Bull Frog. Here in Australia i could call it Cane Toad!!
Thanks for spending your precious knitting time with me.

(or at least that is what I choose to believe...hahaha)
Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me.
K x
Yay! Glad to see you back! #home I love a good doily tbh! 🤣. I also really like these knitted topper towels that you can hook to handles in your kitchen. My grandmother made them all the time. They are super convenient for having a towel right where you need it when you are cooking or baking.
I want to make those for a friend but need a pattern to see how to crochet onto the towel. Would you be able to point me to a pattern or tutorial?
@@juliamorrisey5541 I found a few patterns on ravelry… but tbh I haven’t tried any yet. 🤓
@@rachelmitchell2144 tix. I will check it out.
Hi @Rachel and @Julia
Love the chat! I say we bring back the doily, what do you reckon??
Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me.

K x
@@IamKylieGeeAKnittingPodcast Thank goodness you are still shopping! (I won't tell your husband!) 😉
Always a pleasure to watch your podcast. The slide show was fabulous - thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks so much for hanging out with me

G’day Kylie, another ‘you crack me up’ episode 😂😅😅🇦🇺
Hi Carolyn,
So pleased you had a laugh.
K x
I hated knitting it but loved the finished product: half and half triangle wrap. On my couch for cozy nights
Hi Micki,
The half and half triangle is an epic project isn't it?
Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me.
K x
#HOME. I am currently knitting the Bernat Gift of love cable Afghan, adding some different cables. It's a longterm project. Love the podcast ☘
Oh! Thanks so much Mary. Are you knitting yours in Aran weight? IF so, I am impressed because Aran would hurt my hands too much.
Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me.
K x
@@IamKylieGeeAKnittingPodcast yes I'm doing in aran weight, but I only do an hour here and there.
(LOL)
Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me.

Great to see you back. Ready to test knit your beautiful sock pattern if you like. The throw looks great. I love the color collection that you choose.
It is so hard!! Kindred spirits are we.
Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me.
K x
Hi Kylie, really enjoying your channel. Have just been through the sweater slides again (slow, taking notes), thank you for doing this. The models are gorgeous. Makes me wish to be thin and svelte too. I am starting to think it might be useful to have a list/show of sweaters that look good on larger bodies too. Maybe I need to trawl through Ravelry looking for projects. Love your socks.
What a fabulous idea!
I will do some work on that.
Thanks for spending your precious knitting time with me.
K x
#home Hi Kylie, I taught myself to crochet with RUclips and made a couple of granny stripe afghans using left over sock yarn. My favourite knitted pattern though, is the Habitation throw made using an advent calendar’s mini skeins.
I love Helen's patterns, she has so many I would love to knit.
Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me.

The aforementioned 9-year-old is a huge fan of "bunting" - not the type that "bye bye baby" was wrapped in; these are the decorative triangles that are hung like a garland across windows or walls (out of reach.) While I prefer to crochet them with delightful motifs (SO much faster & more fun) Little Miss likes the plain knit ones that she can "decorate" with faux jewels & glitter & pompoms and whatever strikes her fancy out of the craft bins.
(in other words, I understand your pain!!)
Knitted bunting, now that has got me thinking.
Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me.

Thank you in return, for the inspiration and the bastion of quiet, in your lovely, relaxing, and tidy 😉 knitting space.
Loving your podcasts #HOME Anthology Throw.
I love my Anthology Throw. I could cast on anther.

The sweater parade was fun. Great podcast.
Glad you enjoyed it Bebe. So great to hear from you!

Another great episode Kylie! I love making the Stjarna Stars by Karolina Eckerdal. I knit them for my daughters family to go on their Christmas tree every year. They could also be used as a hanging or to adore gifts. Take care 💓
Thanks so much Tracey!! I love the Stjarna Stars - they are so pretty.
Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me.

Hi Kylie, greetings from the UK. Loving your podcast and love your accent. I designed a knitted throw that I made a tutorial for here on RUclips. So my favourite #home pattern is by squares and purls knitted Afghan. Hugs ❤❤❤
Hi Linda,
I subscribed and will sit down this evening and spend my knitting time with you.
Thanks so much for tuning in here. I am finally going to sit down and record an episode this weekend. I have really missed it.

Hi Iris,
I love a good throw/lap blanket.
Hi Julia,
You'll be pleased to know that recording this weekend is a priority.

Hi Kylie! #home ware would actually be crocheted throw that doubles as a poncho and knit dish cloths usually my own pattern as I go!
Hi MaryAnn,
Dishcloths for the win. I really must cast a few on. they are satisfyingly fast.
Thank you so much for spending your precious knitting time with me.

I have knit lots of dishcloths and my current favorite pattern is called Gramma's Dishcloth (Grandmother's 2nd Favorite) on Ravelry. I do not know why it has a name like that but it's a great pattern. I have also knit the Habitation Throw and it's fantastic. #home
Hi Mary,
I love Helen Stewart's patterns too and you can't beat a great dish cloth.
Thank you for spending your precious knitting time with me,

The Grand hotel by Jake Henzier. It's a cushion cover. I am half way and it's certainly a labour of love but I am a big Wes
Anderson's fan so it is a must.
OMG! that is one stunning pattern. Love your commitment. Please tag me in your progress photos I would love to see it!

Happy knitting,
K x
Oh good, I noticed this was misnamed and was about to ask what that beautiful sweater actually is…thank you, Jennifer!
There is an Autumn League sweater. I have the pattern, but there are other similar patterns out there.
