Tony's out, lots of horns 🙂...nice at the first crossing with all the horns. Lots of colours too, the flying sure captures it nicely. Great sunset at the end, love the light from the air. Thanks for your efforts Tony!
@@LightBear7 you’re so very welcome. Glad you enjoyed it that first location has two crossings within a couple hundred feet of each other so the trains just Blair their horn through that section the second spot near Gwynne. I stood there for almost 4 hours waiting for that train. it takes that long from Hardisty to there.
@@hunsbuckel55 I love that location at the last train. I will definitely be going back there. Once snow has landed on the ground. We might get some this weekend.
I love the video of the sunrise and sunset. The three BN coal cars on the CN train caught my attention. I thought they canceled that connection from the Midwest through Calgary on CP and onto CN going to Rupert.
@@carlfalt174 thanks Carl, those three hoppers of coal are going to BNSF. They head all the way to Ontario and then south into the US. I’m not sure what they use it for but every so often they get an order of coal from CN from Hinton.
@@andrewmcarthur3843 yes it’s been cool, but it hasn’t been terrible. No snow yet. It tried overnight yesterday and nothing measurable fell today. There was thick fog which I filmed in so that will be interesting when it’s finished.

Wow!!! That ending sounded like an epic Technicolor and cinemascope movie! 😂 Awesome! Thanks, Tony!☺
@@pixiesweeney6535 you’re very welcome. That one was a fun one to film, but I had to wait four hours at that spot for that train. 🤣
Awesome freight trains 🚆 video 📹 great captures and very cool 😎 drone footage 👍👌

A very special and at the same stunning atmosphere, Tony! 😀

Thanks for these videos Tony.. Without the drones we would not know what our country really looked like.
@@KennDungate thank you very much the drone sure makes the view spectacular doesn’t it?

@TonyVRailfanning interesting
You've been very lucky with the weather out there. Great for filming

The serpentine shot at 17:00 is awesome. Nice contrast in the various segments. Nicely done.
@@kenstevenson4133 thank you Ken. Enjoy your weekend.
Very cool grabs on the C.N. and the CPKC there Tony! Nice views, have a great Saturday! (Dave).
@@StormySkyRailProductions thanks Dave. You as well. Enjoy your weekend.
I live in Edmonton along CN rail... CN601 is my all time favourite one. I wish she wasn't just used in Edmonton as she needs to be seen.
Ya, thats a classic for sure
Was this train smaller than that potash one that stalled? No locomotive at the back.🙂 This was also really big! Thanks for showing. 👍😀
@@boerje8154 this one was a bit smaller, the potash train was 11,000’ this one around 10,000’. Potash is quite a bit heavier than grain though.
