- Join us in our final episode of our Royal Caribbean Anthem of the Seas series where we take part in our first ever silent disco! We're in Le Havre, but instead of getting off, we stayed onboard!
We have a fabulous day on board relaxing, a delicious dinner in Anthem Of the Seas' main dining room before meeting friends for our farewell drinks.
A silent disco was then held on Royal Caribbean's Anthem of the Seas 270 lounge, so as we'd never been to a silent disco, we decided to go and it really was funtastic! Cruise Monkey Luke absolutely loved it!

We are bananas about cruising! We started cruising in 2014 by doing a mini cruise on P&O Aurora. Making videos of our cruises and sharing our experiences has become our hobby - the complete video is filmed and edited on an iPhone. I love the fact there's complimentary ice cream on here - my pet hate is when I'm craving the stuff, and can't get it anywhere without paying about a fiver for a cone, haha! Looks like you guys certainly managed to make the most of your last day on the ship - brilliant vlog series this one!

We love the solarium on ‘Anthem’ too. In Le Havre we booked the ‘Bee bus’ to Honfleur. It was great as it was literally like a shuttle with 3 hours free time in Honfleur.

I have never been to Le Havre but I looked it up on Wiki. As i had expected, it was badly bombed in WWII. Apparently the centre is World Heritage listed because the 1950s reconstruction is deemed to be so interesting, of its type. Thank you for the video! As always, it has been epic!

Im not a sea cruise person but I have really enjoyed watching your holiday. Did you have any other days at port besides the La Rochelle day and Le Havre? The ship has loads of fun activities to keep you occupied.

Hi guys. Love your series 👏 we’re looking at trying cruising and just wondered about the drinks/prices onboard. I know you guys generally take your own gin onboard but we’ve read they don’t allow it. Is that true? If so how do you get around this and take gin/tonic with you?
Hi! Some cruiselines like P&O and Cunard allow you to take alcohol onboard as you’ve said we usually get away with a bottle of gin and some tonics as your allowed one bottle each we sometimes take a port or a nice wine with us too.
Lines like MSC RCI and princess don’t allow it, however we completely forgot when we went on Princess last time and we weren’t challenged. Even if you were the worst case scenario would be that they confiscate it until the end of the cruise and then give it back.
Regarding drinks prices, we find them reasonably priced, but in the last few years the prices have increased to nudge people towards packages but P&O don’t allow doubled so if you really like a good sized G&T the package isn’t worth it. We quite like our wines so we’re usually ok with it.
RCI sometimes have promotions on like when we sailed on anthem so we managed to get a drinks package for $40 a day each, this was a great package it covered most drinks onboard and unlike P&O, Cunard and Princess the number of drinks was unlimited rather than alcoholic drinks 15 per day. Hope this helps.

Heya 👋 We always pre pay gratuities but if we get a really good steward or member of bar or restaurant staff we will give them a small extra tip but it’s absolutely not necessary or expected if you’ve pre paid 😀

Awww thanks! We don’t think so, we don’t make a point of telling people and we film everything on iPhones rather than big cameras. We’d rather they don’t know as we know it’s natural and we don’t want them to think they have to treat us any better than anyone else on the ship. In all honesty we’re quite tiny compared to other cruise RUclipsrs 😀

We did this same cruise last year. Le Havre was rubbish, much better to stay onboard.
