Man i would give anything to work at a rehabilitation center just like this. I've tried to sign up to some but they all require you to pay a considerable amount for every night of stay, and unfortunately i don't have a passive source of income to be able to do that. Anyway, love the work that you guys do, and the clear passion you have for giving these chimps the best possible childhood they can have without their actual parents. Your hearts are made of gold and i wish nothing but the best for you and the little rascals! Hope i'll get a chance to visit someday!

The victims had their faces and limbs ripped apart (I'm just going to say, I blame the people who kept them as pets, not the chimps). But in the wild, when chimps fight, they will try to tear the opponent's testicles off and practice cannibalism against rival groups. Oh, and they occasionally kill for fun. They're definitely cute when young, but you DO NOT want to come into contact with an adult chimp, even if you've known it for a while, they are UNPREDICTABLE and far stronger than you could dream of being.

These cute babies make my heart swell! Just wanna hug and squeeze 'em. That said, I'll never forget the lovely lady who literally got her face ripped off by a friend's pet chimp. They are strong, strong animals, and still wild.

Incredibly cute and heart warming but also sad. These poor babies should be in the wild with their mothers. Shows how horrible and kind humans can be at the same time. Some kill and maim innocent animals, others nurture and care and give them a second chance. The duality of our species is astonishing.

Hans Wurst - They absolutely can be. They are not domesticated animals, and don’t socialize well with humans, even the ones that raise them. They are wild and unpredictable.
