Aquamenti Level 18 was pain..... The caveats, you need use a lot of move because it only do a straight attack

I think it will be more a BS move if you have an echo with +2 (Level 20) or +3 (Level 21)
Seriously, I upgrade my Freys to level 18 and got +2 for level 20. He sometimes hard to be destroyed.
