This is only a solution to maps that are not updated with the World Partition feature built into it already. Just letting you guys know that are trying to do this on an XL grid map or such.

Console has had streaming on by default for awhile you probably dont notice it as much because the island sizes are limited on console, my last creative 1 island i had POI's in each corner of the map to optimise memory haha.
