@@korbinianmayer7289 Yeah! I'm champ in ranked rn and I use every tip in this video to make sure I do well. But at some point I can totally make a video with more advanced tips for ranked and cups!
I started playing Fortnite when Zero Build came out and the best advice I’ve ever been given was to avoid gun fights unless you have at least half shield, if you have below half shield avoid fights at all costs (except for extremely specific situations) because you will get two shot by anything and everything.
@@ECWPlays as you should! This was a very well made video, hell ive been playing since release and i learned stuff as well. Though i play on and off for years plus i don't take it super seriously enough to go all out. I just casually play and win enough. Mate and i havent played for a yr n hlf and we came back last night. Very first game just learning nrw mechanics n shit and we just got a crowned dub. Easy claps funniest thing was i did it while having a smoke throughout the entire game. Hahaha
I watched a lot of videos where people say “oh these are just little tricks everyone can do” and then they hit 360 no scope from one side of map to another, but this video is actually super useful, thank you so much for helping me to get better at Fortnite ❤
Guides like this are why my end games are usually easy. Some kid with 1 kill comes running out of a bush trying to third party the final fight but has the aim of a trash can because they avoid fights all game every game. Keep em coming!
I've been playing a lot of Fortnite and I get a lot of #2 placements and I could never understand why I don't win. These tips definitely give me hope that I can really improve. Thank you for your very clear and helpful video!
Watching tape of my wins or losses and criticizing my decisions helped a lot. I went from being bad and losing to being bad and winning 4 matches in a row few days ago. Still bad, but better bad so it's progress lol. Great video thanks for the advice!

This was super helpful. I’ve played a lot of Fortnite but was super late to the game so I’m always trying to improve and have been looking for some good beginner tips to make sure I didn’t miss anything. Thanks for all the info!
Probably not for everyone because I know how annoying fill teammates can be, but playing in squad fills with no mic has helped me practice no-mic comms and I’ve gained a better sense of awareness within the game. Also the pressure of a teammate spectating you REALLY makes you think about your decisions 😂
I watch a lot of tips and tricks videos for FN. This vid is one was one of the most helpful and very well done. Keep up the great content. We need more of this.
Underrated! How do you have only 300+ subs?! Maybe my experience, but not a lot of people I play with or against know the true power of EMP's. Spread the word, king!
I won’t lie, this video made me take a serious look at my game and sometimes my aim isn’t the best, but I can hit my shots well enough my biggest weakness was deciding what to do in fights and how to rotate. Zero build truly requires a different level of thinking than builds and thanks to this video I was able to make smarter choices in fights and better rotations and got a 16 kill dub thanks to this video. I was getting into so many fights back to back but made smarter choices choices, end game was the first time I ever played so slow but it was smart because everyone else ran out in the open making it easy to take the win
These tips helped me a lot. I'm a casual Fortnite player and I play with my wife, especially the Zero Build mode. I wanted to improve so I could take responsibility for myself and make her more comfortable to have fun with the game without too much stress. I'm from Brazil and I can say that your video came at a good time and is much better than a lot of content here. Thanks!
I prefer shocks in the middle between my shotgun and sniper because when I’m using a sniper I don’t usually quickscope but I can swap to it quick to get out of a situation
I have to say this is sooooo useful! Nowadays I play more of a balance of builds and zero builds, but it used to be exclusively zero builds, so my aim has massively improved from that and I can usually get high kill games relying on my aim
Enjoying your tips! I'm an older player who needs all the help he can get. Going for at least one victory this season. I like your no hype, clear and organized advise. Thank you. Other than the "get good" responses other people might leave, would you think I have better odds of a victory in random teams or just slogging it out in solos?
Most likely solos. Random fill usually pairs you with some random dude who isn’t great and then you’re up against full teams of people who have decent teamwork. Probably better to go solo or find a friend to play with if you do team modes.
I would try squads or duos if you're struggling to get a win. Not everybody has the same ability and skills and some play styles are better suited to playing with others. Learning to support your teammates effectively will also make you a better solo player in my opinion
This is my first season as well playing on ps5 have bag a couple wins a crowns but always seem to struggle in top five can’t seem to get me setting comfortable
TBH FPS and having a PC aren't as important as the other stuff! I played on a monitor that was 60Hz almost my entire life. While getting higher frame rate did help me, I still played well on 60 FPS. And yes game awareness and positioning is definitely one of the most important factors of zero build.

Once you move , the bullets track you and end up shooting the rock yet he is still aiming where you were and then he drags over) Not sure about fortnite what that means :) but being a long time apex player , well. I think the main thing that helped me was learning how to shoot without aiming. Anytime i would try zooming in and aiming, it would give the other player an advantage from how long it took me. I learned how to do it and ever since i’ve always been carrying my team😭
Is it worth aiming and un aiming to increase aim assist and strafe speed like in Apex? Because I have a habit of doing it, but idk if it gives you the same benefit.
