I am not a fan of competitive multiplayer games, but Fortnite unironically feels fun to play. Unfortunately, every time I come back to it, when I pass the point where everyone is bad and start encountering more skilled players than myself, it starts to get frustrating. At the end, I am doing everything to avoid fights and then inevitably die from such player. This is where it gets overwhelming and I usually quit. Thia guide however, is very good. It gives me hope at least 😅

I think the main thing that helped me was learning how to shoot without aiming. Anytime i would try zooming in and aiming, it would give the other player an advantage from how long it took me. I learned how to do it and ever since i’ve always been carrying my team😭

True but your aim n movement is also very good. I wouldn’t win all these fights because my aim isn’t that cracked (working on that 😊) but I do play smart like that.

I find that when a player has a scanning NPC it's important to try and eliminate the NPC if you can't see to eliminate the player. This will make it easier for other players to eliminate that player as well. It's also a good idea to eliminate special boss vehicles, throw disco balls to get players vulnerable and then run away, etc.. Even if you can't stay to confirm the kill yourself there are often other players (especially in the endgame) that can do the job for you. It's especially important in ranked when your goal is to outlive as many other players as possible. Throwing shield bubbles is also an effective tactic in ranked if you want to throw some heat off of you, as players will often go check out where the bubble landed. Alternatively you can use their curiosity with the bubble to get a better angle on the more aggressive players.

I started playing Fortnite when Zero Build came out and the best advice I’ve ever been given was to avoid gun fights unless you have at least half shield, if you have below half shield avoid fights at all costs (except for extremely specific situations) because you will get two shot by anything and everything.

Nice guide but surly you know that Christmas tree and the other enemy at the beginning of the video were Ai right? I recently got back into Fortnite and it’s so obvious when an enemy is AI, I see clips of people killing AI all the time how can you not tell it’s AI?

personally I run a pump shotty, either smg, flowberry fizz OR fruit, Big Pots, and bananas. The pump is great if you have good aim because the new shotty just has a weird reticle and I miss with it a lot, and the frenzy keeps getting nerfed. Always used the shotty and it is powerful no matter what. The smg is a great finisher and I don't need to tag anyone from far away because snipers are so hard to find. The fizz is necessary to travel and get some heals, but the fruits are overlooked and are quite good. Big pots or jug splashes will do you well and I chose a banana as my healing and movement. No impulse for me because in high ranks you get completly destroyed when you use them. Also I don't use bunkers or emps because the bushes are great for quick moving.

What i normally do i stack up shields and med kits and use smgs and auto shotguns, those are very accurate and deadly at any short to mid range, by the time I get into action half the players are dead lol
