So I guess my question is that does that green light where your heating element displays next too the power button stay on or just when you first set your temp? And same with the heating element red ring on the top of the element should it be on or just when you first set your temp?
Excellent question and I am trying to find out what the grn 1 and 2 light show. Or when do they light in normal ops. Also in normal ops, what does ST and AT represent?
@@The_Altered for me, they always match. 77.0. I really find it hard to believe when my Apex displayed temp varies 1.5 degrees. I find the lower IM heater number not moving from 77.0 hard to believe.
I'm assuming that I use the peel and stick pad onto the magnetic mounts? I just wasn't sure why they didn't have that already on them...

Is this oK to use for a cichlid aquarium or is it just for reef tanks?
These heaters can be used in fresh or saltwater
So many wires
Ugh, yes. I bought this setup for the small elements but, wires everywhere. Not to mention the constant E1 errors.
