My iPhone 13 6 months old ,and it's my daily driver phone with 7 to 8 hours of daily usage , still 99% battery health, and this 1% battery health drop recently before 2 days only.
2-3 tricks to maintain iPhone's battery health .
1. maintain 20-80% charging cycle , don't use it in bellow 20% , sometimes it's ok for necessary purpose obviously ,but try to maintain 20,25 % to 80-85% most of the time ,
2. Most important don't heats up your iPhone, try to maintain normal temperature , which application do heats up your phone, go and update those application if update available, and always keep updated your application .
3. don't use your iPhone during charging
that's it
And most important tips- don't worry about battery health because every Lithium ion battery decreases it's capacity gradually , but iPhone shows this only in settings ,and others companies don't show it ,that's the only difference .so use your device and just enjoy freely✌

Well whatever u said is truely correct , me and my cousin brother both bought 15 plus , now when we came we checked the battery health through 3 u tools and we both got actually amazed by this as , hum dono ke iphone 15 plus ki design capacity same thi , that is 4357 but , mere blue iphone 15plus ki actual capacity show kaara tha 4467 and uske black 15 plus ki show kaara 4370 and now in march around 12th ko uski bh 99 hogayi with charging cycle 109 and actual capaity 4321 whereas mere iphone 15 plus ki abhi bhi 100% bh with 120 cycles and Meri capacity aaj hai 4412 so yeaah its the same thing as u said in video which is totally true

After watching this video Mujhe pata chala that mere Iphone 14 ki battery capacity 3279mah thi bbut mujhe mila only 3259mah. That's why I thought why my battery health didn't maintained itself to 100 for more months but anyways mine battery capacity is 99% now and I am happy with that coz I purchased my phone on 8 Oct and just on 12 Feb my phone battery health went from 100% to 99%. By the way I am charging my phone from 20 to 80% only to at least increase it's life cycle.

It's normal keep in mind that in a whole year if your Iphone battery health is only loosing 7 to 9% then it's normal for a casual person but if it is more than that then it's a concerning thing. Hope this helps
