What manual? I didn't get one. What is the cotton pad fixing ring? I've searched videos, and there aren't any specific directions or preferred products you can use. If this product's claims are legit, then it is a real shame that more care and use of this instrument isn’t being shared. A disappointed customer!
I have had a Face & Eyebrow-lift on November 16th 2020 and a Blepharoplasty February 24th 2021, and I ordered one of these and have been using it for 2 days now, and I just found your video, I would think by getting a facelift and blepharoplasty a couple of years ago, it would be safe to use it now, am I right? Especially since my dr didn’t get my good good enuf and it still sags a bit, and I also still have a few wrinkles on the outsides of my eyes as well! I didn’t have any major reconstruction done to my face! And also what does this mean……Hold the metal induction bars on the two sides (forming a loop with human body to realize the real ion import and export)?
Seriously!! What does that even mean!? Make a loop with human body?? These instructions are crazy. I think you should be good to use it, I think the warning is for someone who has face fillers because it could move them around under the skin.
It's not a manual, more like 5 pieces of paper telling you how to basically plug it in....duh. No, I didn't get a fixing ring either. Basically, this is trash. Which explains why NO MANUAL!
First day to use this after waiting to get it and it will not charge or nothing and I have the cord connected! What a disgrace to buy and use item one time and it breaks! Thoroughly disgusted !!

10 mins max per day, one, two or three lights, you decide what to combine.

You were applying the light instrument to the neck the incorrect way. Not chin to neck, should be neck to chin. Also, please read the manual

Were you able to get your cord plugged into the port for charging, bc I couldn’t get my plug into mine at first, bc it goes in at an angle!
