    This was sold to me, inferring it helps with aging and cell turnover, including what it says on the BOX.
    Would there be no point in using this device if we don’t need help with acne any longer? It recently STOPPED being a problem (yet, I also do not make virtually ANY of my own moisture any longer and am rather concerned)
    Main question again for clarity: Are we to assume the device does not help with aging? Thank you, in advance : )

    • @StackedSkincare
      @StackedSkincare  11 месяцев назад

      We make no claims of this device helping with cell turn over or anti aging. And there is no mention of this on the box either. You likely purchased it from a different brand. Our device uses argon electrodes to help kill acne causing bacteria and calm inflammation, per the video.
      We have an assortment of products to help with signs of aging, both treating and preventing. Please email us hello@stackedskincare.com and we will happily help you with a regimen. Thank you!

  • @Lisa_Evers

    I've had facials over the years, at a variety of different places, and where they've used this device. More recently however, I was at a spa in the neighborhood, and got a facial. Now on one hand, this place is quite good and 'professional', as far as little neighborhood spas go. However, it is Chinese-owned and run, which I know can sometimes mean they are getting their products from China, and where the quality can be questionable.
    Anyway, when the facialist used the high-frequency device on me, it felt no different than other spas I've been to, and where they used this device. There was a very light 'zap' feeling now and then, but overall, it was honestly quite mild. However, after my facial, while my overall skin was glowing...it looked terrific....'moist'....dewy...'plump' (any teeny wrinkles I may have on my face, as a whole, seemed LESS noticeable)....I noticed that the opposite had occurred on the deeper wrinkles on my face (i.e., my 'frown' lines, one horizontal line on my forehead, and the two 'smile lines' on either side of my mouth). All of those lines looked MORE pronounced and deeper, after this facial.
    Any idea why that would be...what would cause that? I don't think it's my imagination... ;-) Thanks!

    • @StackedSkincare
      @StackedSkincare  Год назад +1

      I'm glad you didn't have any negative side effects using the device. It is a precaution we always give in order to ensure safely using the device.
      Using gauze or tissue to put space between the electrode and your skin will strengthen the current. You can hover over the skin but I find it easier to use gauze and it also helps to glide over the skin more easily. On a scale of 10, you want to feel about a 5 tingling sensation. Don't crank it up higher or you'll dry your skin out.
      I hope that helps!

    The instruction says to not use on freckled skin, unfortunately it doesn't say that on the box and doesn't say why. Do you know? I have some freckles. So, is this only for acne and hair stimulation? Not for wrinkles and sagging?

    • @StackedSkincare

      Correct. Our device is intended to use for acne or hair stimulation. You can use on freckles, our manual does not contraindicate that. We use argon gas which is for treating acne, and neon gas for stimulating hair growth. Some say neon helps with anti aging, so if you want to use the comb wand, you can use the backside of it on your face. We do not promote this for anti aging benefits as I believe there are other things that are better for age prevention. If you'd like more info, please email us!

    I have a question. I bought this. But the one that you’re using at 12:40 doesn’t light up for me. But the others do. Does that mean the one that didn’t light up is defective? It still makes noise however, and when I touched the lower end towards the machine(not the tip), I got shocked.

    Hi! I would like to know if the gauze is put over dry skin or skin prepped with serums and then use the high frequency?

    • @StackedSkincare
      @StackedSkincare  Год назад +1

      Hi! Before using the high frequency device, cleanse skin. You can apply a serum like our EGF serum before to drive the product deeper. Avoid using any chemical exfoliate before high frequency. The gauze helps for 2 reasons: the further away the electrode is from your skin the deeper the electrical current will feel, no more than about 1/4" off the skin, and the gauze also make it a lot easier to maneuver the electrode on your skin. Be sure to properly moisturize your skin post treatment
      Hope that helps!
