Hey Zack, take a look at ILME CYR16.3. I wanted the bulkhead connectors like that but decided on this industrial pass through instead. My 95 Dakota is a “long term” project, meaning no budget, no money, no time. Built and installed a MegaSquirt MS3X controller on the 360, added LS coils and working on wiring the trans and AC into the system now. I used this pass through on the passenger side for engine control wiring and also handles the MAP sensor line. These connectors and pass throughs are a bit bulky but I can fit my controller connections through the firewall opening without cutting wires or using a huge ugly grommet. They also give the truck a more industrial look under the hood. Also using ILME 24.4 pass through and a 24 way connector to replace old plastic bulkhead where water tends to sit on the bottom two rows of terminals making them green and fuzzy. The 24 way handles engine harness wiring and pass through will take lighting, brakes and possibly hood cable. So one day I can fill the extra holes properly and not just with rubber tape!
By the way, watching actual fab work and having it explained in process is a whole lot better than watching shop drama on that other show! Keep up the great work!

Oh man it's a beauty but Bruce was out of the shop today so I'll have to grab some footage tomorrow. He left the gold showing through on the Artic logo which really pops against the root beer!

So much work... everything gets tweaked on. You are right though, 9 out of 10 people would say it looks bad a$$. Yet not be able to tell you what is different, unless it was sitting beside a stock body.
The 1 build I liked that west coast customs did was the red pickup for Jesse's James where they dropped and raked the roof slightly looked badass but dam looked like alot of work

When I saw that Lincoln zefre I got excited. I saw one years ago sitting in Tracy California on a farm, I kick myself for not approaching the old man that owned it. I know someone got it after he past away.
I'm really excited to see it painted. However Bruce said it did not pass his inspection on the body work and said it had a lot of pinholes and other issues so he is going to end up reworking the body and blocking it. I'll be doing updates on it. I think its suppose to be a SEMA show car just not sure if its this year or next. I'd hope next cause we have our hands full atm.

He actually has a 6.0... or 5.3 (I can't remember) and he just finished building the heads and doing porting and all the other machine work on them (Zach is the son of a machinist) and he bartered a Supercharger for some work KC needs done on Frankenstein so it's going to be boosted for sure!
He said 5.3 with heads and a blower but you never know with him, he's always changing his mind haha.
If he already has the parts then it's fine but it's hard to argue with how cheap Matt can make stupid power at sloppy

Naw, the diagnosed the issue which is something to do with the Optispark those camaros had. Worst GM setup for a distributor imo but I don't think Doug cares enough to spend the money. He has 2 daily trucks (longbed crew cab, shortbed single cab) and the ImPALa so I think he is over that car.

I'm currently prepping a Chevelle for paint. What year is the one in the video? Also, what kind of primer is on the Zephyr?
66 on the Chevelle. Not sure on the primer as we got it in that condition. It did not pass Bruce inspection, he said it had a lot of pinholes and a few other issues so he is going to rework the body before KC paints it.

It's fixable I just don't think Doug wants to spend the money on a car that probably isn't worth putting any money into. It has something to do with the Optispark and he doesn't want to spend $600 on it.
