      jab tak weight lose nahi hota apke khane ka portion thodasa kam kijiye. not too much just thodasa
      you'll see the difference

      Mam Excersises se weight kam nhi hota body active hoti he weight kam karne k liye dekt jaruri he raat ka khana 7kpehele khaye or water intake badaye...dhire dhire differece dikhega.@@sakshiag0506

    It's really very helpful tips. I am 65yrs ,regularly practising yoga since 20yrs. Quiet fit,but due to weight is getting increasing since 15days I am having trouble in my knees . Yr video is extremely helpful to me ...god bless you beta.

    Thankyou dii in sabhi exercises ke liye kuch din pehle mera paer twist ho gya tha and thigh bone rotate hone ki wjha se ankle bone mei and pelvic bone mei bhi dikkat aagyi thi but yeh exercise mai aaj se shuru kar rahi hu kaafi effective bhi Hai yeh❤❤❤
