    Aapne sab sahi bataya hai me roj 1ghanta yoga karti hu mujhe ghutne k upar v ghutne niche ki nas me halka sa dard hota jab jyada der tak khade rah kar kam karti hu to .khane me nahi lena chahiye ye bataye simple khana khati hu lunch 11:30 par v dinner6-7 k bich le leti hu dono tym ghumne jati hu.thoda pet bada hai kya karu

After eating food acid reflux I pass out and I have to go to sleep.

      No not all ...for diastisis recti you cannot do spinal rotation....so you need supervision for exercises with diastisis recti
