I have a rule for myself to color 12 pages in the coloring books I already have before I allow myself to buy a new one. This coloring book makes me want to break that rule sooooo bad! It's stunning! I want a seasonal coloring book so bad!

This is truly one of the most beautiful books. After watching this flip through, I had to go to Walmart and pick it up for my birthday. It's amazing!!! I just had to watch your flip through because, well, it's you. I love your take on the pages. ❤ I especially love, When Pigs Fly 😂

What a lovely book! 🥰Stitch bound is great but it doesn't stop the perforation goin up, they should remove that.... If someone want their books apart, they can cut them up themselves in my opinion, in sted of "forcing" us who don't want them apart
It is a very lovely book!! Agreed, I guess people who want to take apart a book know how to do it from the binding. However, I have never actually lost any pages from the perforations......yet! Fingers crossed!! 🤗💗

It's a gorgeous book, the best he's done in years IMO. It's sitting in my car right now waiting to go get spiral bound. PS: did you know he has his own YT channel? I stumbled across it looking for flips of this book.

Thank you for telling us about Blackwell's being a lot quicker than Amazon Shelly 🥰 I had preordered it on Amazon, and it wasn't supposed to come until June 18th, so I just cancelled my Amazon order and bought it on Blackwell's 😅 And you think Amazon might be even later than this original preorder date? I also preordered his next book to be released next April 'Dragonspell' 🐲😁
This is such a beautiful book. I'm like you, I don't even wait to look through flip throughs of Joseph's books, I just preorder them. I think he's one of the only illustrators I do that for!
This is definitely a beautiful book! Even if I don't get started on it right away, I needed to have it in my hands lol. I hope you get your book sooner from Blackwell's. These days for some reason the pre-orders from Amazon don't always come on time/the date they say sadly 💗

I've ordered mine from blackwells. Since book depository shut down amazons pre orders have been terrible...never get a pre ordered on time 😕 X
Agreed...I never tend to pre-order books, however, when release day comes, the books are never available on Amazon and for some reason don't become available until weeks and weeks later! So I decided not to take my chance on this book lol 🤗💗
I want to love the Mythographic books but I haven't found a way to colour in them with my colouring style. I feel like if I don't own neo2s I cant colour the pages like I see on Instagram 🤣
I do all mine in alcohol marker base and pencil on top. They do take pretty much any media well though, the paper is excellent.
Ah they are wonderful books, so I hope you can get started in them soon. I can do a whole mythographic page with just my albrech dürer pencils (may take longer than using other mediums though). But you could use alcohol markers, waterbased markers, watercolour paint, distress inks, pencils, watercolour pencils.....so many other mediums other than NeoIIs. Hope this helps give you an idea 🤗💗
