DJI mini 3 Pro screen freezing and disconnecting

  • As the tittle says , iv been having screen freezing when attempting to use active tracking . Since iv received my drone i haven't been able to use tracking feature without the freeze or disconnect.
    Both RC and aircraft are up-to-date
    RC01.01.0100

    SOLVED : After Send both my aircraft and RC in for a claim . DJI concluded that it was a chip board issue . Both RC and aircraft were replaced . Everything works like it should . Dji has a great customer service with phone and email updates .

    I hadži these issues. The other day my drone lost connection with rc and it was hovering over the lake at 20 feet in the air. And I catch it when battery run out of Juice. To prevent water damage. I am pist at the dji.

    I have the same problem with my dji mini 3 pro

      Make a claim they DJI support chat , they’ll have you send it in . don’t make the mistake I did and Send in just the remote . Send both RC and aircraft . They’ll “replace the chip” basic send you a new one .

    having the exact same issue as soon as I select active tracking the picture freezes. but I can still control the drone

      Contact DJI !!! Send in both RC and aircraft. They will replace it

      @@tbr79 contact there chat support . Let them know what ur going thru . Make sure your in all updated software and firmware . Make sure you send both devices even if the tell u to send the controller/aircraft only . They have great customer support .
