This looks to me like the closest thing we will get to a modern NKJV version of the Cambridge Cameo. I'm guessing it's really a modern version of the old Thomas Nelson Royal Reference Bible from the 80s&90s, but the Cameo is what it reminds me of the most, and since the Cameo is my favorite size and form factor of everyday Bible, this looks great. I'm just hoping that the readability is similar. Comfort print is amazing, but I can't tell from this image whether the words are really bold or not. The boldness of words is where the Cameo really shines, making an 8-point font look more like a 9 or 9.5.
Still though, It's a good enough little package where you almost can't ignore it. I'm going to get this with thumb indexes.

Unfortunately the print is not that bold. It's still very readable, IMO, but not a Cameo for sure! Blessings to you and thank you for your comment 🙏🏽

Yes, for what I remember it's pretty reasonable at this price point. I actually ended up giving this one away to a homeless lady. Thanks for watching!

For travel, which do you think you would prefer.... this or the Pitt Minion? readability?

Overall, I prefer the PSQ. I think the readability is similar but I also favor the PSQ here, without a doubt. However, if I wanted the slimmest and most portable Bible, that would be the Pitt Minion. It's an awesome little Bible, resistant and very high quality. So it depends on what you are after. If it's just portability and practicality, and you don't mind the slightly smaller and thinner font, go with PSQ. If you want style, a more premium feel, better readability, and you don't mind a Bible that is still small but a bit thicker, go PSQ. I hope this helps!

Does it have reinforcement tape? And does it have overcast stitching front and back?

Hey there, thanks for watching. I gave this Bible away to a homeless lady who came to my Church so I can't really confirm, I'm so sorry...

I know you said it's a bit better quality than the WM Sovereign but does this paper have the same damp feel to it? The WM Sovereign was an absolute train wreck in so many ways. It's a shame because I really loved the format and how it looked. The margins were perfect and it's size was perfect. Since this is also India I was worried about the damp feel of paper and cockling. Have you noticed any cockling? Since your review have you noticed any print issues like the WM Sov where the text and numbers overlapped?

Great questions! I really believe the quality is superior and the paper cockling is minimal compared to the Sovereign WM. The printing is not the best in the world, but it is good at this price point. I just gave this Bible away yesterday to a homeless lady who visited my Church so I can't really go back to it again, but I maintain my initial opinions that the quality better than that initial WM printed in India. I hope this helps!

I gave this one away but for what I remember the font is small, as one would expect, but readable in my opinion. There's good space between the lines for the size of the font and the design also helps in readability.

This would be awesome in premium leather, until then I’m gonna have to pass.

I agree, premium leather, edge-lined, a bit more consistency in the print and it would be amazing!!
