I can tell you.. as a woman. I'm glad I found Kevin Samuels. But sad to say I did once he passed away. But this man.. this man humbled me and changed my mindset and has challenged me to change my ways. I cannot unsee the disgrace many of us women carry and the lack of accountability we have... Woman rarely ask a man to take care of their child. Initially, she informs the man that she has a child. He decides if he wants to hang with her or not. They then decides if they want to continue to hang. As time goes on, either they make a connection or not. He will ultimately make the decision if he wants to continue the relationship with this woman who has a child or not. Most women are not asking a man to be their child’s father. The man understands that if he plans on being a permanent part of this woman’s world, the child is included.

@@CoreyT127 No actually it's multiple people in my family and his family. Some are married and some aren't. I don't actually have friends. Well I will admit that their concerns are not without basis. My life got messed up by being married to him. My husband ended up passing away from a drug overdose. Now I've just been working to fix everything that was wrong. He was a person who grew up with a lot of struggle and trauma and I did not, so in many ways we were not compatible. I legitimately felt sorry for him and tried to help but I wasn't able to. The people in my family care because now they have to try to help me because I made a bad decision. It's kind of unfair to them.
This is EXACTLY what she needed to hear. She could decide to level up and increase her personal worth and improve her daughter’s prospects OR give up and continue on the downward path.
She may be crying. But there are many people laughing. I'll leave it at that.

🌺As a foster kid I always felt like a family girl with no family. Married young and had a baby. Then his mask came off. Violence. Very confusing. I left. Sometimes being a single mom is better. I saw a Nigerian dude that was playing step daddy with some American woman's kids, one of the 14 yr old step kids jammed him up with fake allegations that he had groped her in the night, this dude was put up on charges and went to jail, the young girl only admitted that she had made the whole thing up only when the dude had been already deported, the dude had been looking after the whole family and now they had lost their provider. The woman tried to have him returned so he could continue his provider role but he wasn't having any of that shit. To be honest I’ve witnessed a ton of people have one or two children and later got married and stayed together nobody is 100 percent perfect I do not have kids myself at 30 but I’ve learned to keep my mouth shut when it comes to people and dating.
Joyce Meyer a famous televangelist literally had a child, was poor, and abandoned by her first husband then a few months later she met her current husband had children with him and been married to him for over 30 plus years.
I know a lot of people would be in the same boat with kids if it weren’t for abortio***s, birth contraceptives, giving up for adoption, and miscarriages to cover up the truth to save face.

Sadly this woman was failed by her parents due to a poor upbringing then ending up in children's services until her adulthood. No one taught her self respect and to make wise life choices. Why wasn't she on birth control when she was dating the first boyfriend who she learnt later was an unstable partner in life. I see why God called Kevin home early!!! Sad to say but the nan had no degree or compassion, or training for that manner. She's young and she has plenty of time to find a man, or a man finds her! Plenty of single men out there with their own child it goes both ways. Especially when they hit 40 and they are now single and divorced and have their children every two weeks.
Women have a GREAT power.....the power of abstinence. Never give a man your body unless he is your husband. You'll weed out many weak men and save yourself heartache. Also for any women that have been waiting for their man to propose...simply tell him that you've decided not to be physically intimate with anyone until marriage.

As someone who has done the stepfather thing I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I'm sure there are situations where it does work but for me it didn't.
I learned quickly that the most you can be is the fun uncle. You take care of the child, pay for her, raise her, do all the things a father should do but it's only a matter of time until the child says "don't tell me what to do, you're not my dad", during an argument. My stepdaughter saw her dad 1-2 days a month. He takes her out, tells a few funny stories, while I'm the asshole who tells her to do choires.
Meanwhile, the mother is watching you like a hawk. The second you raise your voice or try to discipline the kid she steps in and says "that's not your place. It's between me and her father". But it is my place to pay for the house, pay the bills, feed them, clothe them and all that.
It's ridiculous. When the shit hits the fan they are not yours and every interaction proves it. If I want to be fun uncle I'll take my nephews out for a day.
