Perfect spy like mental abilities due to telepathy and paired that with her older and stronger body with better coordination, yor's assassin training would make her way too physically powerful. Good on the mangaka, honestly, for being unafraid to use a younger character to tell a story. I see people making arguments that children in fiction shouldn't be smart or that a child's character arc wouldn't be relatable just because we're adults, but the story took off like a rocket, and I think Anya's design now is a key part of that.
We can all at least hope for a time skip epilogue with peace having been guaranteed, the Forgers becoming a real family, and a happy teenage Anya whose next mission will be toying with Damian's heart like a telepathic Takagi and/or Nagatoro.

But honestly, I think we would love some seriousness in the anime as it goes on. Rather than the series ending with Anya still a child, we would love character development and the growth of Anya into a teenager. This situation could also lead to dating Damian and a possibly slight touch of romance. Idk, maybe it's just me who wants a serious scene towards the end that's a bit dark but I know we all will love Anya as a teenager (not from the beginning, but eventually) especially if that'll lead to a romantic relationship with Damian.
Good thing Anya's the adorable little girl she is. Being older doesn't mean smarter. Believe me, I know what I am saying, for 8 years most of my class in primary school were idiots that miraculously passed the 8 grader's test. When we ended primary school, we were like 14 years old. Their intelligence however is at level of fifth grader's or so. At the end of the eight grade they were literally passing the FIRST semester of the same grade. And I know almost for sure that now in the middle school when the first semester started they don't remember anything that was in the eight grade of primary school. So yeah, she could still have hard time learning even though she would be older.
It would drastically change the dynamic of the story. The issues a middle school/high school aged Anya are completely different than what a kindergarten/elementary school kid would go through.
Where would we be without Anya's childish wonder and hilarious faces? You technically can still have an older Anya in a much later chapter or sequel if one is ever done. One with much more experience and ability to create solutions with reading minds... still hates studying, though.

@@maister3287 Brother, I'm pretty sure the post was about Anya being older thus having more common sense to use her ability to cheat better.
Fun fact Anya was is actually based on a one shot by the creator of the spy x family manga !
Aged up Anya is gorgeous
It would drastically change the dynamic of the story.
The issues a middle school/high school aged Anya are completely different than what a kindergarten/elementary school kid would go through.
At least we knew she will grow as a beautiful young lady 😊
"Hear me out" 😟
*WOULD* 😶🌫️
head pat, oh who am I kidding, to research this 😏👌🏿
If Anya is a teenager, then she will show up on the doujinshi much more often, I guess.
NAHHHHHHH BRO TELING THE DARK TRUTH
Oh no hell nah
It will shatter the kids' understanding of anya if the author use teenage anya
Where would we be without Anya's childish wonder and hilarious faces?
You technically can still have an older Anya in a much later chapter or sequel if one is ever done. One with much more experience and ability to create solutions with reading minds... still hates studying, though.
A teen Anya could be funny too
I rlly do hope spy x family also gets the story when they r teenagers and adults as well, like I would love to see Anya’s evolution and also Loid’s and Yor’s
The design where she has a headband and her hair is tucked is so cute!
If ashe was loid and yors daughter holy shit this would've a whole different anime cause ashe is a GodLike being in her verse
I REFUSE TO HEAR ANYONE OUT 💀😭
Aww her having chubby cheeks is the most adorable thing I ever saw 🤩
If Anya was older, Spy Family would never have been the same
"By now you all have fallen in love for anya...... "
Is everyone going to ignore that
They should have an episode that pays homage to her older aged design
That design would make sense from the story context point of view but the anime is usually better the less it makes sense
So you saying having op characters being op for no reason is ok?
@@Raven-Purple yes
@@Raven-Purpleyou cant expect to have a super realistic anime to be interesting, you’re gonna have to put some sort of unique and amusing things that a character does even if its impossible to happen in real life
Also, that’s literally the charm of anime, over exaggerated reactions and unexpected actions that doesnt normally happen in real life
@@Chips_cookedI know there’s more realistic anime that deals with heavy topics like Depression or World War 2 but idk why some people want a Looney toons type of anime if you what It to make less sense unless it’s hentai then well I think that’s fine especially if it doesn’t make sense because it’s a clown, jester or mime girl
@@Raven-Purple um i dont rlly get what you meant on the end but like whatever you like lol ^^
If anya was older the community would simp on her💀
AO3 Authors: "Write that down! Write that down!"
Then Lloyd would have had to deal with teenage problems
rule34 artists: *heavy breathing*
“Taller Anya” is Ashe from Spy X Family’s author’s previous work, no?
Yes. She is.
"Youve all fallen in love with Anya"
Excuse me, but the FBI would be on my head if I agreed.
Someone hasn't heard of the word platonic
@@dsgenzdfv9662 for me Anya is the weakest part of the show, so I'm afraid that's a "no" too
If the author used teenage anya, we won't able to see the iconic smile from her
We could, bc I think she’d be more cunning.😂
Anya being a silly kid and holding the Forger family together is so genius, it wouldn’t be the same if she were older. The mangaka knows good character design and storytelling, I’m such a sucker for found-family stories.
holy crap if she looked like that people would be simping for the whole family-
edit: i'm not attracted to the 6 year old version of her
hell he litterally said the other design was "older and taller", emphasis on the "older" part there.
No- bro- stop- touch grass-
@@quinnolii chill i'm underage too
i ain't no predator
@@testchannelnamechangingsoo1160 still fucked up, she's like 6
My nigga, she's 6. Even in the pic where she look older, she looks 11 at oldest.
@@quinnolii i ain't saying that i'm attracted to the 6 year old version my guy
That older design is what I imagine anya would look like if they ever decided to do a time skip
when he said "fallen in love" i almost pulled out 911
"By now you've all fall in love with Anya Forger"
* 911 whats your emergency *
That older Anya look more like her adoptive mother, that funny for me
The tone would have to be way different if she was older, and you'd lose a lot of what makes Spy x Family so lovable if that happened.
Well, I for one am glad that Anya is a mischievous little tyke, her child-like wonderment creates a lot of the series' best and funniest moments.... Maybe she'll grow up one day and enter the family business, but for now, just enjoy her being a funny little kid.
No one wants smart Anya(less comedy) we wants smol burrito looking Anya(more comedy)
"Fallen in love with Anya Forger" 😊
"Fallen in love with Anya Forger" 💀
This is just a peek into Anya's future, least appearance wise~
Skullgirls music in the back
Her Expressions steel the show
If she were older, it wouldnt have the family vibe anymore, it'd just be three really op individuals with the same surname
i think it could work but yeah smart move making her a small kid
Plot twist: Anya hides her demon horn inside that horn ornament ☠️
Anya Forger? I thought it was Anya h- hol- Anya Holger
Bro pulled this facts from his ass
Not really. It’s in the manga she was supposed to have an older design…she was taller and had a more serious look in the original sketch…but the physical manga volume and look at the franky secret files section…same with Franky was supposed to be her actual uncle instead of a play uncle…it might shock you but stories change from planning phase to final product…but sure I pulled it out my ass…wrong
@@KryptonianSaiyan yo I read the manga it's the design from his first manga about a witch or whatever he took the design from his previous manga and if you read closely the earring in your "old Anya" is yor's earrings
@@420supremacymaybe4exactly this
The song is pedestrian Crossing from skullgirls if anyone was wondering.
The future Anya kinda reminds me of Lucy
*If you know then you know🗿*
The skull girls audio in the background caught me off guard 😂
"all fallen in love woth anya"
Yor:what about me... What about me....
To put it in a way our version
Of Anya would
“We don’t want that Anya”
😂🤣
