This is a reupload of a previous video that misattributes Saiki K. as a Mob Psycho 100 character. I can offer no excuse except that I didn't do my due diligence when researching the property. Original description below:

They knew about his psychic power, and they were exploiting him. But he was a good kid and didn’t like what happened to innocent people.
I don’t remember what happened in the episode, but long story short, the father blasted the mom with a shotgun and was gonna do it to the kid too.
Thankfully, Clark Kent stopped him (technically not Superman because he was still young here).

Saiki is essentially a god, and he is perfectly ok with revealing his abilities to a fellow telepath.

Thinking about the introduction... Does Saiki just announce his name and supernatural ability repeatedly for fun? Or does he like, know when to start the manga/comic?
Because how else would Anya read that message and him to react to her message.
He can probably tell you’re about to open the manga/start the episode, so he simply reintroduces himself every time.
There are the whole sections about audience-submitted psychic powers, and the (anime) finale does end with a direct addressing of the audience, so he's likely opening the episode for the audience.

@@Yamanj23 True. Although it is vaguely hinted at that he could use the more specific psychic powers if he actually cared to, through the similarities with Claw's Leader if I remember correctly. The main reason he doesn't is because he is subconsciously afraid of his powers until the finale. That may have just been a head-canon though. So don't take my word on it. (One example by what I mean, is him using the Leader's Psychic Absorption ability to save his life before redirecting it all into the broccoli seeds.)
Okay but I like how sweet and accommodating Saiki is to Anya. Like he’s answering all her stupid kid questions. Usually he just ignores people (from what I remember watching the anime anyway, it’s been a long time). It’s cute

I miss Saiki, it was funny and it put a different spin on the whole super power thing. Where instead of using their powers to become popular or powerful. He keeps them a secret, which makes it a more special show.

I hope there's a comic where Anya tells her parents with Saiki promising to erase their memories if it goes badly.
But it doesn't. It goes wonderfully.
But, she asks him to erase it anyway.
Because she still likes having a secret of her own.
But now she now she knows she doesn't need to be afraid anymore and when she feels ready, she can tell them on her own and have the day all over again.
