I was wondering, throughout your career, if you played for a coach who did not want his players to swing at a breaking ball until on 2 strikes? This is at the high school varsity level. It is so bad that the coach will yell at players if they swing at a breaking ball before two strikes. This has resulted in major thinking in the box and honestly getting jammed on the fastball, trying to ensure it is "indeed a fastball and not breaking ball" I wanted to get your thoughts on this. Is this crazy? I feel this approach puts me in my head big time! Thank you!
Not a hitting related question but what do you feel on throwing a football most days. Because I started doing that and my arm strength is significantly better and I am able to throw farther.
