Yes! Definitely something for me to try, cos sometimes my back hurts after carrying my baby. Btw your videos were the only thing that actually helped me with my back ache when my son was a newborn and I was carrying him all the time, thank yo so much☺
Thanks for the lovely practice. Whenever I’m doing the pose at 12:00, my knees hurt and I’m not sure why….should I continue doing the pose or is there an alternative pose for this? Namaste!
