Wow, very good looking case and a master class in quick and detailed delivery of everything you need to know about the build. That case price is crazy!
my favourite part of this build is the paper psu cover havent been in the pc building community in a while but its always nice to see what 500 dollars can get you these days NOAB roots!
TL;DR: Never cheap out on SSDs (and Power supplies). Many games, including CS2, will struggle or straight up NOT WORK with SSDs like that, because they come with 4GB files or larger. I know because I bought a Lexar NQ100 960GB SSD trying to cheap out and I had to learn this the hard way. The issue comes with files larger than 4GB. The controller can't handle them and the read speed will top out at 10MB/s which is lower, WAY lower, than an HDD. Best case scenario, loading times will be several minutes. Worst case scenario, like CS2, the game will freeze/crash trying to load huge files and most likely timing out. CS2 trying to load a map when entering a competitive match will result in you getting a competitive cooldown and losing ELO. Everything else on this build is fine.
Absolutely enjoyed the video Danny. Very similar to my build I showed you on your stream months back. Glad you were able to build this for a cheaper price than when I built my LAN PC. Love a case with a handle. I've recently been transporting my LAN PC in my old DJ Shure vinyl travel backpack was surprised it fit perfectly.
Heck yea. Toasty bros keeps saying they do budget builds but more recently they've been doing $1500 and up builds. They are not geared towards budget builders anymore. NOAB has always been budget.
@@danielhulan3058 on top of that, the majority of toasty bros “budget builds” involve either begging micro center to give them large discounts for bundling (even with components that aren’t in bundles) or building a PC using nothing but used parts and older Invidia GPUs, knowing well that by now a LOT of newer parts have gotten fairly affordable. They seem to have a disgust towards Intel cards especially, even though their drivers have improved by a lot
Y’all just some haters. @danielhulan3058 they have plenty of guides around this range right now. @naxatthedoor they are sponsored by Microcenter and tell their viewers when combos are available… and as far as used parts Nerd uses the same variety of souces for his parts…
Case=Powertrain P60. That's why I wanted to watch the video, but I thoroughly enjoyed your explanations in why you bought what you bought. Great build and video!
Machinist actually make great boards, my HTPC is running one with zero issues and that thing is on almost 24/7 some weeks. I am currently waiting on a B660I board to come in for the I5 12600kf I picked up from Microcenter for $70 (missing box) and the Intel Arc A580 I picked up for $125 (openbox). Been debating the P60 as well. Nice Looking build NOAB.
Robo's Theme from Chrono Trigger on SNES Yes, people have caught on to the similarity - but he uses other CT sound effects too so it isn't a rickroll, the game just rules
i was searching around for compact MATX case, this is PERFECT. im using r5 5600 with rx 580 rn and been planning to upgrade but never had the motivation to do so. But this build is just too amazing and now im gonna start saving up again and build something similar to yours!
Hey man u touched on alot of great points in this video. Especially the replicating the build part for x amount of bucks. Im definately gonna use this as a reference for my next PC in the future.
That build is clean AF!! some parts are questionable but man it looks great. I have a deepcool ch160 and I know the headaches that comes with cable management on a sff case.

Great video. I'm sitting here looking at the same case which is manufactured by Ionz in the UK. I got a ryzen 5 7500F from aliexpress which was £60 less than a 7600 after tax. It took 3 weeks to get here but was totally worth the wait. The other am5 cpu that is very cheap there is the 7700. Even after tax it's £100 less than the UK price! I love the case, it was £45 in the UK and I bought some white mesh and magnetic tape to make filters as there aren't any on the case. Apart from that it's an absolute bargain.
you are the min max final boss, well done! i just saw a pc build video of a $1000 budget pc with new parts and they managed to only have a 5700x and 6650XT. this puts that to shame
I would love to see a Scarlett Witch movie! She's had so much progression and it's unfortunate that there was such a disconnect between wandavisokn and Dr strange 2. But hopefully a dedicated movie would give us exactly what we need!
LOL the doing reps with the case was hilarious. All of the numbers looks great. I do agree with adding a few more dollars on the ssd to get a reliable brand.
