Great review! The channel is really picking up. 1k on the way, congrats! Sorry to be a pain, but any chance you can make time to check the rear insert pack reference stance width of the 159 Cruiser+? Still debating going Skinny-ish width of Surfer, Camel 2, Cruiser+ OR just dealing with the guaranteed width of party wave+ or 2025 storm chaser 157 (with camber). Appreciated as 11.5 boots like yourself so analysis paralysis...
hello nice review, i'm looking to get my second board, i ride a mountain twin and i wanna get a board for hard charging all mountain kinda board, the bataleon cruiser plus is one and the second option is the jones aviator, what do you think will be better ? and witch one you liked the most ? thanks!
I would say the Aviator is a more hard charging all mountain option, it's the better choice for variable snow but it's not great in powder. The Cruiser is better in powder and better on a groomer, but not as good in variable/nasty snow. Lastly, the Aviator is kind of like your Mountain Twin on steroids. The Cruiser is a much different board overall. So kinda depends on what you want. If you want something similar to your mountain twin that charges harder, go aviator. If you want something completely different to cruise groomers and the occasional pow day, go Cruiser. Hope that helps!
love what you are doing! keep it up!
Thanks so much!
Great Review! I can totally relate to your point of view!

27.1mm. A touch wider than the surfer. I didn’t worry about it with my 11.5. The 159 never felt too small, but I’d love to try it in a size up.

Demo'ed this board and dug it. Ugly though.
Ya, I don't love the graphics myself.
