I've had this about a month. My pressure won't go nearly what yours is, no crema at all ever. My needle barely makes it into the green. While pre brewing it only makes is half way through the white of the gauge. Yours looked like it started there. Mine starts at the bottom. Did you let it sit while on for a while or something?
According to your description that "no crema at all ever and the needle barely makes it into the green". It's most likely either the grand size is fine or coarse. Espresso generally requires a fine grind to create enough resistance for proper extraction. it's not always true though). So try to adjust the grind size to be finer and see if that makes a difference. Also how do you tamp the coffee? Make sure you're tamping the coffee grounds evenly and with consistent pressure. And do not shaking the portafilter after tamping. Coffee brewing is not rocket science but just requires more practice.😉

My espresso range pressure wont go more than half
Acidity is caused by low water temperature or short extraction time if it is not the beans.
