Extremely helpful - easy when you know how. It is good to know that the grub screw hiding at the back of the tap is a 2.5mm Allen key. Whereas the tap washer valves need a 2.0mm grub screw. Thanks Alan
I have discovered when servicing this tap, when you screw in fully the spout grubscrew - without spout fitted - there is very little grubscrew actually showing inside the orifice for spout. This may or may not be due to hard water residue clogging up the hole which has a shoulder leaving a tiny piece of grub screw spigot left remaing to retain spout in position. You might then get situatuon where water flow will push spout off it position to cause leaks.
