G.I. Joe Comic Issue #24 *Almost* Animated! (w/sfx, music & dialogue!)

I've always felt that the G.I. Joe comic (A Real American Hero) storyline told the absolute best stories of the franchise. Since the movies can't get it right, I've decided to redo the comics with dialogue, sfx and music.
Issue #24 picks up where #23 left off, with Cobra Commander in the custody of the Joes, Storm Shadow seeking to rescue him, and Destro, the Baroness and Major Bludd plotting to take over Cobra!

Issue 24 is literally the first comic I ever bought, and still my favorite. Fun fact, the artist here, Russ Heath, was the character designer for the GI Joe Sunbow cartoon series from the eighties. That's why the characters are so on model. Loved seeing this, you guys did an amazing job!

I love how the Cobra soldier's don't parachute out of the Fangs like the cartoon, Duke popped them, hope they had insurance?😅

Russ Heath should have illustrated more issues. He was the absolute best with Larry Hama being an extremely close second - another who should have pencilled more issues.
