I feel 13 again when i saw that final battle. People overuse the term "it gave me chills" but that one has been cemented in me for decades The look of resolve You already know the outcome Anychance you want to cover "THE NAM". Along with GI Joe my two childhood Marvel comics i never missed

GREAT JOB This is one of my favorite comics of alltime of any kind. Along with the GI Joe short story "HOT POTATO" I remember reading this as a kid and feeling so mature with those final panels and the grenade pins

@@michaeldiaz4563 Working on it…each episode takes a long time, so I have to work it in with real life things. But that’s the plan…finish 7-20 and try to get every issue done hopefully through 50.

I loved this issue as a kid, it scarred my brain when he pulls Snakeyes mask off. I’m currently watching it and I know it’s coming, that’s how much I remember this issue
I love the size of Fred’s optics (telescope) 7:45, the man could see Pluto with that thing and all he is doing is looking across the street and his house is “LITERALLY” at the gate fence….😂

And boy does the gun control stuff apply still. I sell guns for a living and we are constantly under attack by politicians G.I. Joe is what made me interested in firearms, Hamas details with guns, made me want to know more
Hama was so full of details. Reading these as a kid, you miss a lot or don't understand all that he's talking about. But going back and re-reading (or watching) these as an adult has shown me just how much realism he brought to the table. Side note: Thank you for keeping that 2nd Ammendment going! Respect!

Correct, listening/watching this now, there is substantially more adult context than what I saw as a 9 and 10 year old kid. I find it interesting going back to stuff as an adult, you start seeing very different perspectives and motivations

Thanks for watching! I used to have about 20 to 30 different people contributing voices, but it made it take months and months to finish just one issue. Even now with just 5 or 6 people sending me voices, it can still take a long time to wait on people to send me their lines, slowing down the process considerably. I'll give it some thought, but as of right now, I'm not taking on any new voice actors. But I'll keep it in mind...

This channel has become a time warp for me. Everytime you drop a new video, I become my 10 year old self again, eager for the next Sunbow cartoon. In this case, a retro marvel issue that I never had a chance to 'read,' till now. This 'issue,' confirms that it was Hamma, not the Sunbow writers that created the Oktober Guard.
