Thanks for this issue! This was one of my favorite early issues before GI Joe really took off with those storylines. I can't wait for y'all to do Yearbook 2 with the Return of the October Guard. That was a classic. RIP Col Brekhov, Schrage, Stormavik, and my favorite, Horrorshow.

This channel has become a time warp for me. Everytime you drop a new video, I become my 10 year old self again, eager for the next Sunbow cartoon. In this case, a retro marvel issue that I never had a chance to 'read,' till now. This 'issue,' confirms that it was Hamma, not the Sunbow writers that created the Oktober Guard. Well done as always folks!

Can't wait for Dr. Mindbender and Serpentor, Billy and Storm-Shadow training, Soft Master raiding Springfield, and Firefly and Scrap-Iron on a Ferret tooling around Springfield and outskirts. Oh, and Candy getting away from Buzzer!

Amazing. I own boxes of comics and I always wished there was a channel like this where someone would read the comics like the way ur doing it. Not the biggest GI Joe comic book fan. Really liked the 80s cartoon when I was growing up. Regardless you have a new subscriber who just watched ur first WWE event video and will give every G.I Joe video a watch aswell. Any chance you can recommend and channels that do what ur doing for DC or marvel comics? More a DC person if I’m able to be picky. Either way keep up the great work. 👍👍👍

Hard to imagine that this Von Erich had already lost his leg and his boot was his prosthetic. I was to young to remember him as anything other then the Texas Tornado. It’s insane to realize later on in life that the he was flying around like that with one leg. Especially back then when Prosthetics weren’t good at all. Basically wood that attracted near the knee. Just an amazing athlete. Unfortunately the pain lead to abuse of pills and ultimately to him killing himself. I also heard that the majority of the wrestlers didn’t even know he was missing a leg. My first issue bought at a 7/11 off a spinner rack. 6th grade. Nice job my only minor complaint is billy sounds a little too adult I will say the sound overall is more balanced than previous videos. The older videos it sounded like voices were all recorded completely different mics I really enjoy these those Really wish they official adapt the marvel run into some kind of animated series

It was a very pleasant surprise to see this 'new issue,' this morning. The love and detail you folks put into this is truly exceptional. I wondered why you make these leaps back and forth with issue numbers, and I figure you wanted to jump to more exciting stories with better established characters before leaping back to the earlier tales. Looking forward to seeing you cover the story with an unarmed Mobat crashing a parade during a Cobra raid. ;) Good work on this issue; however, Im not too keen on the Recondo voice talent; Sounds more like Mrs. Doubtfire then an excentric jungle scout. Guess I'm just still attached to his gruffer Sunbow voiced counterpart...
