@@fidelruiz well I train my upper body a lot with other exercises I do cardio first and boxing then maybe weights do dips and a bunch of other calisthenics then do the pull-ups I can do 20 right now but sometimes I used a weighted vest to do them. The best advice I can give you is just to keep doing pull up not in sets or counting reps just do as many as you can do push hard or pull in this case and when you can’t take a 30 second break and go again and do it until you can’t do any more.
If you can follow then follow but personally i made chin ups from 1 to 6.I have just kept on doing chin ups everyday regularly for a month i.e 2 sets a day and do till your inner will is not broken and keep the dedication on till you achive some points.

I started off being able to do 3 now I can do 7 reps. I’m still practicing I will post my progress here.
@TekkerzFC I can do 15 reps and 4 sets of pull-ups I can probably do more but I do them at the end of my workout when I’m already tired.
