In today's self care Sunday reset with me. We are restocking our groceries, taking a nice shower + bath, doing some much needed hair and skin care.
You guys have to try this cinnamon roll recipe I made for breakfast.
We will spend the day deep cleaning the floors, making flower arrangments and then we'll cook smothered chicken with mash potatoes and asparagus.

Just a tip for the steamer .. (I’m a hairstylist) , don’t use a shower cap sit under the steamer without anything cover your hair . Steamers are good for your hair and scalp and it doesn’t do much if your hair is covered 💕

Yesss, please go with your ASMR idea! I feel like when ASMR started getting more popular (example when the mukbang videos made it to IG 😂) people thought it was weird. But there’s something about certain sounds that are just naturally soothing. You have the perfect voice for ASMR (don’t forget to talk slow though unless you’re doing fast tingles). That would pair perfectly with your already naturally soothing videos ✨

For the aloe I use a peeler for the thorny sides and then cut them into horizontal sections. (Some people use the peeler to peel everything off the plant). I split open an intersection and then I just scoop out the gel w a spoon❤️
Oh the peeler just might do it !

Hey girl, good idea on the aloe Vera pops. Next time, just get the pure aloe Vera gel and pour into a ice tray. It will save time, cut out the extra work. I buy the gel all the time for my hair and it’s just the inner part of the plant and it has its own juice so you don’t have to add water unless you want to.
Oh and one more tip too, next time use a meat tenderizer to thin out your chicken breast. This will make them thinner, but also more tender, juicy and easier to cook evenly. Place plastic wrap on top of the chicken while you pound it out so chicken juice doesn’t get everywhere.
Use a peeler for the aloe leaf like a potato peeler

You have literally made me obsessed with the Dr. Bronners Peppermint soap lol. I love how clean it makes me feel, but I absolutely love the cooling sensation it leaves on my skin. It's especially nice to use when I am super hot/sweaty and I take a cool shower, it just gives my skin this amazing cooling feeling that I just can't get over 🤣😂 That soap is the only base soap that I use now, so thank you! I have fallen in love with a lot of the products that you have highly recommended and I have implemented a lot of your tips/tricks into my normal everyday personal hygiene/self-care. I had been on a mission to find amazing products that work and you have definitely helped me achieve that.

Hola chica, Williams Sonoma and Sur la Table has great cooking lessons. They also have great date night classes too. I wanted to go when I came back to the states but I didnt get a chance. But I will be in the US next year. My son is older now but if you ever want something to occupy the kids I do not know if they do it still but Michaels, Home Depot, and Lowes has craft Saturdays and the kids can go and make things and really feel productive, self esteem and learn how to use thinking skills etc. It also maybe can give you a break. You can sit and watch or I think you can walk around the store. Its been a long time for me. Keep up the work ethic!
