Yes, I use a clean wash cloth and towel everytime I shower, and I too take a shower in the morning and at night, the morning shower helps me wake up and the night shower helps me sleep better.

hi ! just to educate benzoyl peroxide and vitamin c should not be used together ! reason being how benzoyl peroxide works to kill acne bacteria is breaking a bond in its molecule to release oxygen which is toxic to the strict anaerobic bacteria that causes acne .BUT this oxygen would cause the vitamin c or in fact any antioxidant to oxidise thereby making it ineffective. antioxidants, like vitamin c, work by preventing oxidation because reducing and giving up an electron for the radicals that cause different skin issues, to establish them. hence if you layer them together you are just making them fight each other and thereby both ineffective ! i recommend to use these products in separate regimes (AM - vitamin c and PM - benzoyl peroxide) to prevent that

I recently learned You shouldn’t use body wash or Loofa In the am if you already showered the evening before, showering at night is great to clean off the day and go to bed in a clean bed but in the am if you skip the body wash and just use water or an oil you won’t strip your skin of it’s good healthy oils that it makes at night while ur skins healing and recharging. 💯💯
So, your drinking water should be used for your plants because the enzymes in our saliva and other food help the soil. For. Decider you want to use clean purified water or distilled so it doesn’t hold bacteria 🦠 You don’t want to get sick ❤
